Well, I thought it would be super quick to just return a defective item I purchased yesterday, and then just get outta there so people who need real assistance with their phones, plans, etc can get the help they need. Instead, I sat as #2 in line for 40 minutes while the person who checked me in stands directly in front of me messing with her personal phone and not helping anyone ...to make matters worse, the yahoo that finally gets to me tries to charge me a restocking fee and now Im waiting for a manager (not present at the store) to approve the waiver of the restocking fee. Worst customer service experience in recent memory. I wish I could give negative stars.

Brought my new phone in, which I purchased elsewhere, when my old Samsung S3 finally died. All of the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They got me up and running with a new SIM card and were able to upload contacts I thought I had lost from my dinosaur S3s SIM! Purchased accessories for my new S8 from the store because of the impressive customer service. Thank you!

Extremely racists. Took my mom into their store to qualified her for the next plan and her credit is not bad plus just about everyone qualifies for that plan. My white friends credit is horrible and he qualified. They didnt even want to help us. And just the day before I called the sales customer line and she fully qualified over the phone. So sad how racist stores are

Fast friendly service here. Came in with a Nexus 5 and needed a sim card and a prepaid plan. The check in woman insisted I needed to see a sales associate to sign a two year contract. As soon as I showed the sales associate my phone she knew exactly what I wanted and didnt try and push anything I didnt need and I was out the door within 15 minutes.

Switching to AT&T was a great decision, and Im glad that this store is where I do business. Everything Ive ever done there, from getting a new phone, to adding lines, to replacing a damaged device has been easy and pleasant. At&t And DirecTV Are Horrible, Ive Had Service For Nearly A Year And Every Month I Have To Call And Inquire About My Bill. Seems Like My Bill Gets Higher And Higher. I DO NOT Recommend And Im Definitely Looking For Another Provider
