The worst coffee experience with starbucks ever. The old lady at the checking place was mean and impatient, even more "Surprising" when I got my grande cup(picture) and they told me this is what it is for "No ice". Excuse me? More than four years I have been buying starbucks, never saw this before and for all above, this is how you treat your golden card member?!

Friendly service with your typical assortment of drinks available. My only knock is, they are in a Kroger store so the location is not typical. Sure, there are chairs you can sit down in, but if you want that actual coffee shop feeling, there are better choices.

Last time we stopped by, the drink menu had all kinds of notes saying they were out of one beverage or another - which makes me think someone forgot to order ingredients. Other than that blip, the coffee and service here are pretty good, if a tad pricey.
