Asked for pumpkin latte w half of the sweetness/syrup. Received full super-sweet drink. For $5 I want what I asked for. Back to counter I mentioned that I think she may have used normal amount of syrup. Girl said that the drink also has vanilla so that is probably why its so sweet. She said they would make another one. Second drink, burnt, 0 sweetness. This is not cosmic, just take any of the powder/syrup and use HALF. Not asking for some crazy drink. Baristas should be able to accommodate people that dont want to co sums their total daily sugar intake before breakfast.

The employees there were too busy talking to themselves and others to help you then when they did take you order they got it wrong because they were not listening. Management might want to reconsider who they have working there.

Chai tea tasted good, but an xl which comes in a 20 ounce cup was at best 2/3 full and didnt come with a lid.
