I have worked with Bill and his son Andy over the past six months to create an engagement ring for my fiance and our wedding bands. Their customer service has been excellent, only being outclassed by the quality of their work. They strive to only create the best jewelry, and that includes the selection of the stones. I did my research before working with them, and the prices they quoted me for the diamonds was competitive to, if not slightly less than, the costs that I found online. However, unlike a large online diamond wholesaler, they have hand selected and bought (not leased) all of the diamonds in their store, choosing only the best of each grade and those with excellent cuts. When I went to their store, Bill and Andy both spent much time explaining their creative process, accurately describing the optical physics of diamonds, and helping me view each stone individually under the scope. They worked with my budget to select the perfect diamond for my fiance, understanding that as a graduate student my budget was limited. Both Bill and Andy are friendly, easy to talk to, and never pressured me to make a purchase. They took incredible pride in their work, and even if I move from Columbus I will continue working with them. Besides their quality of work and excellent service, the biggest draw for me was the unique shape of their ring bands. Instead of a circular shape, the band is trapezoidal to prevent the ring from rotating and to create a comfortable fit that doesnt pinch at any point. This is a difficult design to produce, so be prepared to pay for the hours that these artists put into hand crafting each ring. This is a cost well worth paying for a ring that will be worn for the rest of ones life. TL:DR - Incredible, friendly, and honest business capable of creating beautiful designs. Highly recommended on a personal and professional level.

Hi All - Bill and his family create a unique, homey, and personalized experience when jewelry shopping at his location. Bill will take time out of his day to teach you about diamonds and other types of gems should you request it - this type of customer service is not easily found in todays world! It is definitely very honorable that Bill does this but keep in mind he is still a salesman (as we all are). To any person buying jewelry, do your research as you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for - Bill will also recommend that you do so. His diamonds are certainly beautiful but there are many beautiful diamonds in this world. If you are OK with paying a premium for his customer service and his craft then this is the place for you. If you would rather put that premium into the actual diamond or gem, I recommend you go elsewhere as you will find better diamonds for better prices. Keep this in mind should you visit and as you partake on your adventures!

I came to this jeweler to have my moms old engagement ring re-sized for me after I was displeased with another jeweler. The owner was absolutely wonderful!! Not only did he re-size my ring perfectly, he made sure the band was thicker than it had been previously and cleaned up the 25 year old ring so it looks brand new now! He also showed me through the microscope that some of my prongs were getting thin. To top it off he even led me through the back and showed me how they make their jewelry. The best part - aside from the amazing customer service I received - was that I dropped the ring off at around 2pm and it was ready for pick up by around 5pm. VERY satisfied!!!

I purchased my wedding ring and my husbands ring there several years ago. I have since referred several friends and family and they have all purchased there. The quality is excellent and I have never had better customer service. He had me take my diamond outside so I can see it in the natural light! I had my ring sized after I had children and it was perfect. Mr. Weidinger spent so much time discussing diamonds and educating me that I felt very comfortable with my purchase. I wont buy jewelry anywhere else.

very personal and friendly service. family oriented and extremely big on education and enjoyment of the process. my wife and I had our amazing wedding bands handcrafted here including mine with a mix of both of our finger prints engraved.(photo added above) very unique, great experience and one of a kind service. this is not Jareds the Walmart of jewelers, this is the real deal. expensive but worth ever penny for the custom nature of each piece and experience thanks Bill and sons!

I went to the owner with a general description of what I wanted. He helped me pick some gemstones. Then hand drew some pictures for me. Then priced this truly one of a kind necklace for me. When I picked it up a couple of weeks later, it was even better than I imagined. I felt so privileged having someone I could go to who could make such a beautiful piece especially for me. The only downside is now my wife will only wear it on super special occasions! Thank you, Bill.

I cannot recommend WW Jewelry enough. Bill, his son Andy, and Brandon are all very knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process. Theyre conscious of your budget and willing to work around your specific wants. I commissioned an engagement ring that is one of a kind, and still priced better than going to a mall jewelry store. Looking back I cant imagine going anywhere else. At the very least you should go talk to Bill at the start of your search for a custom piece.
