I went into the store to buy an engagement ring but as I was speaking with the lady owner another customer walked in saying that the diamond they sold him was a fake. I then asked the lady directly "do you sell fake diamonds" and her reply was "Yes, we sell manmade diamonds." She belittled the customer that was requesting a refund and called the cops on him. I thought this place treated customers like family but after witnessing this I was instantly taken aback and felt uneasy buying from this place. I would not want to be treated like this as a customer so I left and would advice others to be careful buying jewelry from here.

The old lady with the nervous laugh that owns the place lied extensively about a diamond she was selling me in front of other customers then after multiple accusations, she admitted to ripping me off by insulting me as being niave, then refused to give my money back and said shes willing to go to court as if shes done it many times with her customers. Do not trust these people. They come off seeming trustworthy then they become different people when you confront them about lies they said. The diamond she sold me costed me $1000 just so she doesnt lie about it to any of you later.

I am a local business and get fax spam from these guys all the time. I have made numerous requests to be removed from their list yet they still persist in spamming me, wasting my paper, ink & time. They dont even provide a number to be removed from the list which is a violation of the federal can spam act. Obviously they dont care that theyre breaking the law so i guess its time to report them.

Absolutely amazing. This jewelry store is just as great as "Kay" and "Jared" but at prices 1/2 as expensive as those big name places. I adore all the jewelry I have purchased at this location. And may I say the the owners are simply amazing. They may have a smaller store but don't judge it by location. You will sure miss out if you don't give it a chance.
