I really dont even want to give this place ONE STar, reason being, some of THE CASHIERS ARE HORRIBLE WITH VERY BAD ATTITUDES, poor customer service training skills, and the lists goooooes on and on... I just recently moved to Ohio. I go over there alot to buy scratch offs, and other various things b/c Its convenient. This older gentleman name Bill has a veey nasty attitude. He argues with people all the time and getd mad when I come there, as if hes a lil racist...im not sure I dont want to put a labrl on it, but thats the way He makes me feel, on every occasion that I have been there.

I usually dont see the Thorntons on Wilson Rd beside I-270 & Roberts Rd listed on the Columbus Gas Prices website because I think most people arent aware of it. When on my way to a station with one of the best local prices that day, I saw the same price listed at this Thorntons so I stopped in. Nice place, and I was also impressed when I saved an extra 2 cents by using my debit card.

Purchased gas and brought in my own cup to get some ice. The clerk rudely said that isnt free. He then pointed to a sign that said .50 per cup. I said i wasnt using his cup - then he wouldnt shut up - so i dumped his stupid ice and left. Funny - i stopped at 4 other gas stations that day and all let me have ice for free - no problems

Thanks for wasting my time scheduled me 4 times to come in for a interview in a 2 day tome span rescheduled on me 3 times to tell me because im 19 and cant sell alchohal i dont qualify i live to far for this thanks for wasting my time. I still need a job. Tell people that off rips so if your under the age of 21 DO NOT APPLY.

Usually has the lowest price the soonest and an extra 3 cents off per gallon w debit. I got a thermos there for 1.99 thats actually spill proof, dishwasher & microwave safe w first cup of coffee free and 69 cent refils for life on just about anything and its (the house blend) actually really good coffee!

Very rude staff! I was kicked out by a lady who works the counter at night because I was supposedly at the gas station for too long bc I couldnt figure out what I wanted. I had been looking for a total of 5 mins after using the restroom for a short amount of time!!

Very convenient location close to the 270 - Roberts road interchange. The employees have always been friendly when I shop here. They carry a wide variety of snacks and beverages. They usually have the least expensive gas around the area.

Always some of the best prices in town. If you have their awards card after so many visits its an extra $0.03 off. The staff is usually friendly. Also $0.99 hot and cold drinks! I always send family and friends here.

by driving around and looking for a gas station with the cheapest gas, I can honestly say that thorntons is always winning by a landslide! and if you use a debit card when paying at the pump, you save an extra two cents!

Always seems clean enough. Somehow they always have cheaper gas here than anywhere else nearby. Staff is definitely sub-par, even for a gas station.
