Worst customer service experience. I have been to sephora all my life but never seen customer service like this. When i went in to help my friend to get foundation and many other things she needs for her wedding, the lady who came to help us to find perfect shade was so impatient. She said that she can try on only one product today so what were we intrested in. We said foundation. She got 2 shades which computer showed her and applied on. We did not like how product looked on her face. We asked fr less coverage. She said, i m only supposed to spend 15 min. I think there is no right shade fr u. Why do u take 60 min appoinment and come in? We took appoinment. We went after 2 days. Session was least helpful. We mentioned in the beginning that we dont want anything with spf. She tried on a foundation which made my friends skin ugly. I could see it from 1 step away. When i asked her to try something else. Makeup artist said, no one will look at her from that distance on her wedding day. She looks pretty. She kept on making us feel guilty for not liking what she tried on her face. We still had 30 min left, she started saying, i have next appointment so this is all i can do today. Finally she gave us powder foundation. We wanted cream also as my friends skin is dry. But We took whatever she showed. We asked for primer before session, she dint give or show any primer. And when we went to the counter, we checked the compact powder she choose for us has SPF. So even 60 min session was not enough to choose one right foundation????? We ended up buying 204$ stuff but we dont hAve foundation, primer, or compact. They know that this is for my friends big day. I faced similar experience when i went myself to get stuff for contouring. I ended up returing what i bought as they gave me wrong shades. But i dint mind much that time. I see that makeup artists there impatient and less knowledgeable in choosing right shade or asking customer for what they actually want. They do not make any suggestions what to choose and why?!

Terrible customer service. I checked in 30 minutes early for a makeup appointment. They werent able to get me in early (which I totally understand) so I went to get some lunch. I came back and rechecked in with 10 minutes until my appointment. I heard them tell my the stylist that I was here. I have been standing where they told me for 30 minutes. I finally went and told someone that I was still waiting. The lady told me that I was late and there was nothing they could do. I told her I was actually here at 2:30 and she apologized and told me they forgot about me but Im still standing here not being helped.

This is probably the worst sephora Ive ever been in honestly. It was messy and really looked like nobody cared. There were hardly any testers and the ones that they did care to put out were dried out and gross. They were out of a lot of products as well. I love sephora as a whole but this store was just flat out gross looking inside. They didnt have any end cap applicators or makeup removers so you werent able to swatch really anything. It just looked like nobody cared about the store at all. Definetely wont be making the hour trip here anymore.

This is my favorite team! I spend a thousand every few months on face creams, soaps, hair care, and perfume. Penny always remembers me and makes me samples of things she thinks Ill like. They always have plenty of people to help you even on busy weekends.

I asked for a sample of the young blood foundation in order to compare it to my winter skin tone, the sales rep. Told me, "skin tone doesnt change" and refused to let me have a sample. I love Sephora and I was really disheartened by this experience!

I shop at Sephora all the because of convenience only. Sadly the store is almost always crowded, messy, and seemingly never enough staff. I get they want to make use of every square inch of their store, but it makes it very difficult to shop.
