I have been a big fan and a regular customer the last few Saturdays with my two small boys. Today, I saw an employee standing next to the conveyor belt, wearing gloves while holding/viewing his cell phone. Its pretty disgusting to know that the donuts I buy every Saturday have been handled buy someone that also handles their cell phone. A phone comtains roughly 25,000 germs and is one of the dirtiest objects people touch. Why even wear gloves to handle food when the phone is contaminating the gloves that are used to handle the food.

I will never buy Krispy Kreme dougnuts again, I bought a half dozen creme filled doughnuts with detailed description of where I bought them and Corp and store did not even reply to my complaint. Imo quality has went down big time at Krispy Kreme. The last doughnuts I bought was cream filled chocolate icing doughnuts that didnt have hardly any cream in them, I mean it was mostly dough. They were horrible. I used to be a regular customer but I will no longer buy Krispy Kreme doughnuts at all anymore

Good donuts bad service most kk when you walk in they give you a free donut if they are making them. Went in to this one and the tool bag behind the counter. Just stood there looking at us when walked in and asked for a sample and he gave us such an altitude. If he did want to give a sample he could of just said no. With out the smartass remarks. Came back here with my mom on her birthday,Every Krispy Kreme I have been to will give you a donut for your birthday donut but not this place.

The doughnuts were awesome, as usual, but their coffee is pretty bitter. We got the Smooth coffee at the recommendation of the lady behind the counter because it was supposed to be less bitter. I got a small and had to add 6 creamers before I could drink it! Thats ok though, now I know to just stick to what they make best... those awesome, warm, sweet little rings of pure joy.

Ive had mixed experiences with the staff here (sometimes friendly, other times downright hostile), but at the end of the day, these are consistently good donuts - who can complain too much? The original glazed are out of this world when the "Hot Doughnuts Now" sign is lit, and their Kreme filled, custard filled and other specialties make a good way to round out a dozen.

Wow! This place was amazing. My 6 year old daughter has severe food allergies. Everything here was safe for her. When they found out that this was the first time she has ever been able to order doughnuts in a shop, they gave her a dozen assorted doughnuts as a gift! This really made for a special memory. The staff were wonderful and would not accept a tip.

Small old lady very rude to customers my family comes there often to buy such great product. Bad experience glad theres a Tim Hortons in the area now no longer have to deal with Rude employees that are here to serve us .....Good doughnuts,need more employees for better service

They are not enthusiastic and not rude; rather neutral and or carefree. Itd help if they smiled, greeted and dealt with customers a bit more enthusiastic way. Some employees also show somewhat of dislike and unwelcoming attitude towards non-whites, for the lack of better words.

I visited this KK and was very disappointed, when I walk in all the cashiers except one was on their phones texting or looking on the web. I wish I was a manager I would have sent them all home. I hope the manager at this KK will manage better because this is bad business.

If you drive by and see the fresh and hot sign lit, then you must stop in. The original glazed fresh out of the fryer are guaranteed to melt in your mouth!!

Never been here? Go in and tell them, they will give you a free donut off of the line fresh. Nothing better than a fresh off the line glazed donut.
