I hate to put I hated it as a review, because its actually good, however my most recent experience has been bad and left a poor taste in my mouth. If your store says you open at 5:30am and I have to drive out of my way to get there, I am expecting for you to be open at 5:30am. I just wanted to treat myself on a Saturday morning, the last few Saturdays I did this there was no issues, I pull up and there are 3 people waiting in line at the drive thru and 2 people waiting in the parking lot, the 3 people in front of me drove off and two new people got behind me, I circled the building lights were off, finally decided after waiting quite some time I will not have time to spend my own money (because I have a gift card to Starbucks) that I honestly have not a lot of to waste to then make it to work on time. Corporate thought my driving out of my way and spending money someplace else was worth $4 to my card. That wont even cover my regular selection. Just plain out disappointed.

I deposited $20 in my starbucks reward card this week. And the next time I come in, I am told there is no money on my rewards card. I said thats weird, so I check my bank statement and it showed I put in money. So I show the lady my bank statement WITH THE DATE ON IT FOR PROOF on my phone. She tells me to call customer service. On my way home I call customer service and she gets mad at me for calling while im driving saying she barely can hear me. I tell her my issue and she tells me to go dispute it with my bank. Uhm, my bank doesnt have the money, you guys already took it. I shouldnt be running around and wasting time for an issue you guys caused. I am not going to try to resolve this further because I dont have the time, I dont care about the $20 but boy do I hate being taken advantage of.. Especially since I had 2 similar issues been going 4 times a week for 2 years and they cant fix a small issue like this and make me waste my time ATTEMPTING to fix it. Haha

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru was busy so I tried my luck inside. The wait wasnt terrible but the service was. The cashier was not friendly, not smiling. After completing my order I gave a genuine "thank you", received no response. My order took a long time to come up as it seemed all but one employee was assigned to the Drive thru. I ordered a Mocha Latte but what I got tasted terrible. It tasted like a mocha but old coffee was used instead of espresso and a bunch of some kind of artificial sweetener was added. If it wasnt for the poor customer service and being in a rush, I would have asked for a replacement or a refund. I wont be back.

This Starbucks location is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and genuinely make you feel like you are a valued customer. They are a busy location but service is prompt. They answer questions and do it with a great attitude. There is also a camaraderie among the staff that definitely enhances the friendly vibe. The drinks here are also consistently good. I have had experiences at other locations where a standard drink does not taste the same, but this location never fails.

This is one of my first reviews on google. Just sick and tired of this employee. Shawn or shaun, short hair, skinny male. His hair is to the side. Very very bad customer service. Gave me a very bad experience at this location multiple times. I dont know if he is the manager or not, but people spend their money here and it is completely ridiculous the way he acts. Gives me major attitude. I wish Starbucks would do something about it.

Even though this is a high-traffic location, they are speedy and do a good job with the drinks. I have heard a few interesting barista conversations, but the staff all seem to get along well. I visit this starbucks usually 1-3 times per week as it is closest to my work.

This Starbucks features a Clover brewer. If you prefer brewed coffee over espresso drinks, try one of their special blends prepared with the Clover. This store gets a lot of traffic, but there are a lot of seats, and it doesnt usually feel too crowded.

Need more help! Sunday. 1pm. Long wait in drive thru line. 7 cars. Go inside and 4 busy hard working starbuck employees and wait for 12 mins for weak grande ice coffee. Quality and service needs attention. Please fix your problem!

Regular customer. Easily the best managed Starbucks in the area, even though they get a ton of traffic. Employees are always great and never give you grief when you ask them to remake a drink because it doesnt taste right.

Dont go!! Drive farther down the street and go to partridge creek mall or any other star bucks if your going to spend the money. Otherwise youll be wasting your money at this location.

Typical Starbucks, usually a long line in the drive thru. Going inside is not faster. The parking lot that this store is in is just a parking/traffic nightmare. Too congested.

Good service. I usually order a drink with both steamed milk and froth and they always mix it well without making the froth too dry. Very decent coffee house.
