Disappointed. Ive been loyally stopping in there every work morning since last fall for my mobile order coffee. I went in early afternoon for a $0.50 refill, as Ive done multiple times at my other weekend Starbucks without issue. I was told that it was corporate policy to not give refills unless the customer has stayed in the store. I informed the worker that I understand corporate policy, but Ive done this multiple times before at other Starbucks without issue, and this experience was disappointing. My problems with this are; if this is a corporate policy, what is the purpose? If they are worried about people just getting $.50 coffee every day, then just ask to see their morning receipt. With mobile orders its easy, since your order history is on your phone. Also, if you were guided with a good customer service mindset, especially to a customer you know stops in just about every day, youd let them get the refill after receipt presentation, and inform them from this time forward they would not be able to accommodate refills for this situation. If this is policy, Starbucks needs to be consistent in enforcing it.

Just experienced the longest wait, poorest customer service and an older employee acting like a juvenile throwing a temper tantrum when a customer complained about the wait. There was 4 - 5 cars at the drivethru and only one couple in line in front of me when I walked in. Couple in front ordered a coffee & Americano. I ordered 2 lattes, there was only one other person waiting on a drink & nobody behind me. After waiting 15 minutes couple in front complained about time to get Americano, after waiting another 5 complained again. When he finally did get drink & left the older blond lady mocked him repeatedly, was mockingly saying to younger employees "hey can you work faster, make drinks faster" then said "Im not going to put up with these customers complaining all day, Im going to tell one of them". I listened to her go on for about 10 minutes before finally getting my drinks. She complained while leaning up against the cash register. She set an absolutely terrible example for the younger employees, I truly hope nobody models her behavior. Terrible.

Although the people are nice, Ive recently noticed with the influx of customers that the accuracy of my order has went down. I was recently handed a frappuccino where theyd forgotten to put coffee in it, so it was a light cream color instead. I didnt mention anything to them about it as they were hustling around like crazy and I felt like Id just be bugging them, but it was disappointing. Maybe if they get more staff to handle the business, that could help. Most recently, I went there and their blenders were down, so that meant no frappuccinos. Since I had done a mobile order, I was offered the opportunity to get something else or refund my money. I opted to try something new and iced. I didnt like it, but I hardly hold them at fault for this. Maybe Starbucks can implement a way for managers to report if something is down so mobile orders cant come through.

Dont waste your time trying to go to this Starbucks, I live 2 miles away and will pay the gas to go to any other Starbucks but this one! Cant make the coffee according to your order and they are consistantly out of product, and they dont cater to your companion (dog) even if u want to buy a cup of whip, "They cant sell just a small cup of whip cream"! What the hell kind of customer service is that! I was there the night before Christmas Eve asked them what time they closed on Christmas Eve, she confirmed with 2 other people it was at 7pm! I showed up at 6:37pm excited for a cup of coffee, no signs, no answer at the drive thru, but yet I called the girl answers the phone and says, "Sorry we started running out of stuff so we decided to quit serving!" DONT DO BUSINESS AT THIS STARBUCKS! THEY SUCK!

I love my Starbucks. There is one girl who always seems to be in a bad mood, kind of snotty, rude and bossy towards Even customers. But all of the other barristers are really nice and helpful. Parking kind of sucks, and nobody seems to understand which direction youre supposed to drive. People in the drive-thru always want to block people from driving through to the other side of the parking lot. This Starbucks is pretty much always busy so make sure you always allow for a few minutes more than you think it will take.

Worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. I asked if she added the extra whip on the bottom and the worker named panda says with an attitude "No, you didnt ask for that or I would have." I respond politely that I did and she again say " you definitely didnt or i would have u just asked for extra" and then proceeded to walk away. As expensive and they are you would thing your paying not just for the beverage but the service as well. I love Starbucks but I will not be returning to this one.

This store should get an award for outstanding products AND outstanding service! The baristas are always friendly, know their regulars tastes, & even keep up on how customers are doing & whats going on in their lives. When regular customers are away for long periods of time, they are welcomed back like the prodigal. I study there often & the crew never fails to ask me about progress with my research. It is truly a community & I love it.

Pretty much a guaranteed shitshow everytime. Slow service like you wouldnt believe. I came back to edit this from 2 stars to 1 because at the time I wrote the first 2 sentences It wasnt that long of a wait but 15 minutes for a chai iced and watching other customers who ordered after me get their drinks just shows a lack of poor management and skill set. This place has slowly been declining for months.

Doesnt get much better. Staff is like family. Management and organization are top notch, never had a drink messed up in thousands of visits over the years, been given free food at the end of the night multiple times , even my dog gets great service. And they hustle when need be. These guys should be making twice what they do for how much effort they put in. Thanks guys, whole fam goes here cuz of you.

Great Starbucks. Ive been coming here for years. Starbucks is not a vending machine, there is a wait for crafted drinks and it gets very busy in the mornings. Sometimes the dark roast I always get is inconsistent (and I dont mean blend). Its like more water or less coffee is used to make it, but that literally happens at every place I can think of. It might be a cruel trick?

Wooooooow! First of all the line was unbelievable! It was so impossibly long that it was wrapped around the damn building. It was crazy. I am never coming back here ever again. They need to get people in and out. It made no damn sense for people to be waiting 20 damn minutes just for the employees to finally take your order through the intercom.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks! I keep coming back since its the only one here and its the same experience every time. It is the slowest Starbucks ever ! If you order only to skip line you will end up waiting longer then people who have been on the line plus new once that come in after you. It makes no sense!
