Was visiting family and was heading back to NY. Decided to stop for breakfast with the family to get my favorite spinach and artichoke egg soufflé. They only had two left which were the flavor I dont like and one plain chease. I asked for the plain cheese and she told me I couldnt have it because it was expired. (Why was it left on the board then)? I asked if they had anymore coming out I would wait she said no. It was 9:00am on Sat? I then asked if they could make bacon egg and cheese sandwich but make the bacon crispy. She said yes it came out looking like the bacon was not even cooked I asked the person who dropped it off it they can make it crispy as requested on the receipt he said no. I then decided to get a brownie that looked delicious in the bakery case I asked for it to stay she would only give me a pre boxed one as she said they were serving them that way and it was dry and stale I do not know if she was trying to get rid of those before they expire as well. This is the worst Panera I have ever been to.

2nd time at this Panera, and I will never come here again. Two times in a row this Panera has ran out of so many items including: rolls, baguettes, chips, many types of bread & bakery items. Most tables were empty but plates, cups and crumbs all over. Had to clean off the table before we could eat. Head to the bathroom (you can tell it hasnt been cleaned all day) soap everywhere, toilet paper all over the floor & feminine products overflowing trash, disgusting. Finally, received our food & was told there were no rolls or baguettes but the 3 people who ordered after us, recieced the baguettes. And Mac & Cheese was ice cold on top, ( they microwave it.) NEVER AGAIN.

THIS PANERA IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE! It should change its name to Panera Dead, because at least once a week one of my items from my order is missing.Today alone, I ordered "French Onion" soup and when my soup arrived there was no bread or cheese which is the fundamental component of FRENCH onion soup! So I called and calmly made my frustrated claim, patiently in a gentle manor and when I picked up my new soup I opened the lid and again NO CHEESE like wtf on wtf. So save your money and time, and head to a local soup kitchen before going to this turd factory. PS. I didnt even want to give this a one star, I was obligated to be able to post my review. O STARS!

Its a Panera Bread. Our order was a bit late to the table and the server acknowledged the fact! The server did offer free pantries as making amends thats why i rated it a 4. The food was fresh but not really above ave. Ive not tried much off there new menu. Panera has revamped the total experience. You can order from a kisok or set at a table and order off your smart phone. Then a server delivers your meal when it ready. You can still put your order in via a clerk behind the conter. Im not a fan of the new interior. To me it feels a little worn out. Its not clear what the designers were trying to achieve.

A Private User

One of the few food establishments with fresh, well prepared food consistently day or night, weekday or weekend. The early morning staff is excellent at what they do, and the lunch staff does a great job of keeping up with the crowd. This location is always clean, the coffee is fresh, and it shows. Be prepared - you may show up and find yourself behind 5 or 20 people... but dont worry, their quick and friendly staff will have you holding food in no time!

This place is awful We went through the drive through and they just threw one of the sandwichs in the bad and it fell apart, making a mess. They also forgot our sides which was literally just bread, all they had to do was give us bread. We went in to fix it, they gave us a free cookie and a new sandwich and still managed to forget the bread.

Their prices keep going up & their quality keeps going down. Their food is tasty, but I cannot remember the last time I received a salad or sandwich that was made with all the correct ingredients. Their lack of accurate order fulfillment is appalling. This is sad for me because I used to love to get their salads or sandwiches.

The woman at the counter was rude and disinterested. I got a muffin and it wasnt cooked enough, so I took a bite and it was batter. Also, the wifi was out, but there was no sign indicating this. We wouldnt have gone to this place if the wifi wasnt working, we went for a business dinner. Save your money.

There are only young kids working at night and the food is prepared very sloppily. They dont add enough meat or sauce and they run out of everything. They gave me old hard bakery items and the soup was watery. They need to get it together ASAP. Hire some responsible adults to supervise.

Service was fast and the food was good. It was busy and finding a place to sit took a little wandering and waiting. Panera has good quality control as in nearly every visit the items taste the same. There were no unpleasant surprises.

Blatent incompetence. The staff was rude when inquiring about our order that took nearly 30 minutes to be ready. Other staff was sitting at customer tables and very audibly complaining about their boss...

I enjoy all Panera Breads for their great, healthy food choices. This particular restaurant had the added convenience of an electronic ordering kiosk and very swift service.

Legit worst Panera Ive ever been to. Stale food, cold watery soup, hard bread and cookies. Rude employees. Ive never written a review before but they definitely earned it.

They have tablets to order from so you can skip the line and the place is so large theres plenty of room! And the staff was extremely friendly!

Waited at drive thru for 25 minutes when we got to window employees were yelling at each other and waited and additional 10 minutes!!
