When I and my kids went to visit the store when the light was on, we thought it was going to be fun. Nope! Instead we waited forever to be helped. Yeah, they were busy and there were only 2 employees up front but still. Finally a manager came up front and looked like he was going to help but instead he grabbed something and went back into the back! He came back a few minutes later and finally decided to help us. (The kid in the front had a very large order he was completing with another customer) This manager helped us with such attitude and clearly acted like he didnt want to help us. He rolled his eyes before coming over to help us and then when we were ordering, he started to rush us. Apparently my kids dont pick out their donuts fast enough for his liking. He got so much attitude with us and clearly was impatient. From what I was able to get from his nametag was Bill or Nill or something. He walked away to fast after helping us that I wasnt able to get a good look. Get your managers in charge. I will not be coming back.

I came in a few weeks ago and was waiting to receive my free sample when I watched a manager get out from his table and he looked like he was about to get me and my kids our samples but instead he grabbed himself a doughnut and go back and sit back down. I wasnt able to catch his name but he was a bigger man who was bald but I thought this was extremely rude. If your employees are busy you should try to help them and not count on them to do everything, part of being a manager is to be able to take charge when things are busy and realize when you need to help. Besides this inconvenience after being waited upon I was helped by a nice young lady who apologized immediately for my long wait and was very helpful with getting me what my children and I were asking for. The doughnuts were amazing as I might say too, me and my children enjoyed them very much.

Drive thru last night and got the worst donuts ever. St.Patrick day special donuts (green colored) with conveyor belt greece on the top of it. Took one bite and threw all donuts away. Also, coffee machine was broken too. Message to the manager at this location; Please dont treat customers after mid-night craving like this. You can do better than this since there are ONLY two locations in Columbus,Ohio. And Yeah !! I am not looking for my money back or free donuts. I want to spend $ here so that corporate can see some donuts sale numbers after mid-night and dont stop 24 hours drive-thru. Take some steps before headquarter shuts down your location. Thank you

I usually like this store! However, this morning... I went to get a coffee and an oatmeal (I had seen, they added it to the menu for $2.50 - the lady handed it to me... she did not cook it! Didnt add warm water...I looked at her and asked if this was really the way it came... She said you have to add the water myself.. Then offered to add water for me. Which I assumed it would come hot & ready to eat. SO... she added the water... it was cold... pasty... the worst oatmeal I had ever tasted. Usually the service is great! This morning it was below par... quite disappointed.. especially when I paid top dollar for a cup of oatmeal! :( Sad Merrie

Ordered two dozen glazed donuts. Fot home and found I got two dozen fancy frosted and filled donuts. Called to complain as I only like the glazed donuts. They took my name and number and told me to come in the store for two dozen glazed donuts to replace the sugary frosted and filled mistakes. When I went to get my replacements I was treated with disbelief and told he couldnt find my name. I did not grab the wrong boxes, I did not come up with the solution and being treated like a shister removed any good will that was created during the phone call.

The tables and floors were dirty. There was way too much build up on the floor and donut machine for something that should be cleaned everyday. General cleanliness was poor. I know its just donuts but if youre going to have a window, you probably want the machine and area everyone can see to be clean. If you look at other reviewers pictures, you can see that the machine used to be clean or at least cleaned more often.

Wow, this was my first time visiting and boy was it a treat. We didnt have KKs where I grew up so now knowing what the light means outside is a treat. For those reading who are unfamiliar its when they are making a fresh batch of donuts. Go and watch the production and walk inside and grab a free donut. Finger licking is acceptable.

Its a lot of younger people that work at this location as of now, the doughnuts are alright right and everything inside just looks and feels official. This small Krispy Creme location is a good representation of the brand its self. Its near many stores so groceries, clothes, electronics and more are within walking distance.

I appreciated the free warm donutsample. The dining room and restrooms were absolutely filthy that disappointed me. The the guy that waited on me Gabe didnt seem to know exactly what he was doing maybe he was in training. The donuts were delicious and I even brought a dozen home from my children.

Apparently at this location you are required to beg for your free hot doughnuts when the light is on. Every location Ive ever been to goes out of their way to ensure my girls get a doughnut while we place our order, not this one. Too busy making a large order to even say hi.

Amazing Fresh Donuts!! Complimentary Donut when Sign is on! Which also notified us they just made a fresh batch and you can purchase them Hot from oven. Favorite Sunday Evening Activity for all ages, especially the Teenagers.

Hot samples!! If they are making glazed they will give you a hot sample, price per dozen is a little high, but hey they are the best donuts around.
