The staff is fairly rude.. I assume maybe its because they are Russian and maybe just dont understand english fully!? The young guy was pretty cool..He was willing to do buisness, but we failed to make a deal because they couldnt check my equipment out because a hole in thier ceiling destroyed there reciever!? I dont know if I would ever want to pawn something here just because of that. All in All my experience here wasnt the best. The building standards itself is pretty crummy, and the people.. Mainly the older fella, Was kind of a dick! Like I said ,I dont know if its because hes a foreigner or what not? But the guy just looks and acts like hes misrable to the world. If you do decide to come here.. Deal with the younger guy with blonde hair!

If you go in this pawn shop, WATCH YOUR BACK!! They are thieves! They will rob you blind, I know bc they did me, and they will NOT keep/have any of your pawn tickets at all, so if you need a copy bc `somehow your Gold/Diamond ring was `lost they will get mad at you and yell/argue/scream at you - they did the same thing to a guy in line in front of me. They told him (yelling) that maybe he pawned his item at a different shop and forgot! They were literally screaming at him, then when it was my turn they said the same thing - getting mad and arguing with me.!! These guys set me up and plain flat out robbed me! Then said they didnt have my ticket copy! BEWARE OF THIS PAWN SHOP!!! Stay away!!! I called the Attorney General on them!

I thought I could trust them, Now I want nothing to do with them. I bought a portable air condition from them and they swore up and down it was brand new, I used it for a while and the plug went bad so I tried to ask them about it and they said they got a year warranty from the company, I called the company and asked them and they said it didnt come with one. So I talked to the people of the pawn shop to get a refund on it and they denied it. They sold me something used, lied about it, didnt want nothing to do with it and gave me a bit of an attitude when confronting them, these people arent qualified to be in business.

I laugh at the comments about the "older gent" being a dick. Its just a demeanor and if you take two minutes to talk to him, youll see hes not so bad. Granted, the younger blonde guy is a bit nicer but hey, we cant all be peaches now can we? Theyre just doing their jobs l. Trust me you get the best prices in Columbus here. Period.
