I went into Gold N Stones to purchase a ring for my husbands birthday. We got his finger sized and picked a ring we both liked. We came back a few days later after the Jeweler had done his work re-sizing the ring. It was very loose and we asked if it could be re-sized again to a proper fit. The woman was very curt and direct that once it had been re-sized the situation was out of the stores hands and wouldnt re-size it for free. We remeasured using the stores sizer rings only to find out the stores sizers were off from the jewelers. So simply put, the store made an error and wouldnt fix the situation or honor their products. VERY, VERY DISSATISFIED. Very poor business ethics, especially for something that would cost $8-10. NEVER GOING BACK.... Terrible customer service!

I always bring my jewelry here when I need cash. They have good low interest 30 day loans. The service there is great. Some of them can be a bit rude (one lady in particular) But I like it.
