NOT GOOD. Not busy either. we picked up some bird seed a nice finch feeder and some pool chemicals then headed for the farm supply section. Along the way I noticed the lack of any personnel. After reaching the area I found what I wanted in the first place, a 12 gallon 12 volt spot sprayer that was in their weekly add, unfortunately the tank and pump were there but no box and some hoses piled on the shelf. I looked around for a sprayer in a box but could not find one, looked for someone to help found no one, my wife walked back to the front of the store for help and shortly thereafter an announcement of help wanted in my section, I sat on the bags of corn for 1 then 2 then 3 minuets by that time my wife was back. Started looking around for someone but no one in sight so we left, left the cart said goodbye to the clerks upfront and drove over to TSC next door, got a bigger better sprayer for the same price the seed the feeder in and out in 15 minuets. Good bye Rural King.

We went to get light bulbs (120watt- Indoor /outdoor Flood light bulbs) a $15.00 purchase and to check and possibly buy a new shop vac and willing to spend $150.00 on a good quality machine. The music to start with was so loud we could not hear each other and the went to the bulbs 1st and did not have what we wanted. Went to look for the shop vac and was very disappointed with the quality and price and selection. The parking was used up with tractors that could have been placed on the side next to the old restaurant and then there was flowers and trees on the other side.. we left and will not be going back. when this store came in approximately 2 years ago it was a nice store and we would spend our fair share of $$ there, but no more.. I will travel to Chillicothe or Columbus TO GET WHAT I WANT.

Our local Rural King has had a change of Store Manager we were told by staff. They have always advertised a free pig ear or small dog biscuit when you bring your dog with you. The new Store Manager has changed the policy. We shop there at least once every weekend with our dog. The Manager needs to rethink this policy change!

Terrible customer service, no one in store can find even concrete, no help offered, employees literally asked me for help every step of way from finding, loading, ringing up, bar codes, ect. You can see tractor supply from the parking lot. Go there. The employees dont seem nearly as entitled and are normally happy to help

Very poor customer service. Asked a lady in shoes for help finding a pair of boots in my wifes size. She basically rolled her eyes and said she would find a ladder. I waited and I reached up on the top shelf and happened to pull down her size. She finally came over with ladder. Still a very wonderful attitude.

Tried to buy a lawn mower battery and the cashier would not let me buy it unless I showed her my drivers license. She said all stores required that now. She was a liar. I went to Menards and bought one without having to show my License. No other store I went to needed it. I think she was do identity thefts.

Great prices on a large variety of products. Good for farmers and dyi types, I like to think of as the marriage of big Lots and tractor supply company, only draw back is the customer service is also similar to bigots, minimal employees working so it can be difficult to pinpoint some items.

Like the store. But..... The Bathrooms are ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I honestly dont think anyone there cleans them. Toilet paper all over the floors. The toilet seats are so gross. Overall I think the bathrooms need a total makeover!!

The popcorn was horrible..... it also gave my dog diarrhea. Potholes in the parking lot swallowed a full size touring bus (Greyhound type). It was like shopping at TSC all over again! WE ABOUT DIED!

Great store! Please dont feed your dog popcorn! Never been to the bathroom in there and never bought farm animals! Other than that its a great place for your farm needs!
