UPDATE 2-19-16 Go to the bottom of this post and read up the post to have it chronologically correct. I just wanted to give you an update on an earlier post regarding not doing business with this company. They decided that not only would I have to pay return shipping, ($18.00 dollars) but they would keep $14.95 of what they charged me for the product to pay for the original shipping, which they didnt charge me shipping for!!! So basically my receipt says $136 for the gun and $0.00 for shipping but somehow they figure since I returned a defective item, which they will just ship back to the manufacturer and get a FULL refund for, they should now keep $14.95 to cover their shipping which I wasnt charged for. BUYER BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! UPDATE: 2-18-2016 BUYER BEWARE: In in all fairness I am updating my previous review in regards to this company not refunding my money for a defective item I returned. They did refund SOME of my $136 dollars they owed me BUT they kept $14.95 for shipping...the problem with this is I wasnt charged for shipping! Because of the amount I spent I got free shipping, which on the receipt it shows the amount of the product, $136, then shipping, $0.00. When I asked them about this, "Joe", a manager, wrote me this in an email: "Greetings, I will explain this the best I can. When our website tells you that the shipping is not refunded, that means the shipping we actually paid to ship the item to you, regardless of what you paid/did not pay for shipping. If you bought a gun for $100, and say it shipped free, and returned it to us, if we spend $10 on shipping, you would receive $90 back. The free shipping counts as a coupon. This policy is something we have had in place for a long time, and unfortunately this is something I cannot reverse. Thanks, AirRattle Customer Support" So there you go! If you receive a defective item with this company, not only will you have to pay to return it, I paid $18.00 dollars, you will then be charged for what they paid to ship it to you originally even if it was free!!! I will post another update tomorrow on whether they pay the money they owe me or not. Buyer Beware!!

Shop somewhere else!!! I saw that a number of their items were on sale and placed an order. I received an email that my order was complete and should receive it in a few days. Instead of receiving my order on the day it was to be delivered, I received an email stating that the item I ordered was back-ordered. Q: Why did it take so long for them to notify me that the item was no longer in stock? Q: How did the order go through if the item was out of stock in the first place? I called the customer support to ask about when the item will be available. The customer service rep kindly told me that they order regularly from the supplier and it should not take that long to get it in stock. I was given the option of cancelling/refund or store credit, I opted to wait... Over 40 days since I ordered, nothing! I followed up again and was told wait, cancel, or get store credit. No "sorry we have delayed your order for so long, is there anything we can do to make it right for you , the customer". Just wait cancel. or store credit. I cancelled my order. The sale prices are a trap! They treat their customers like garbage. Would never recommend and strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere!

Order a gun from there when I got it it was broke and had to send it back that cost me another 32 dollars and when I send it back they get but they never answer there phone call them for 4 hours straight I even call the next day . When I do talk to somebody its been a week it takes so long to get my money back . Before you think about ordering from here try and call them see for yourself how unprofessional they are. They dont care about you or the products they sell you . The phone system they have is a complete joke especially when you have employees with the mind and attention of a child. I would rather let the North Koreans break my fingers and toes then deal with their customers support if you can call it that.

I recently placed an order with airrattle, when I checked out everything showed to be in stock a couple of days later I got a email saying one of my items ordered wasnt in stock and was put on back order they said email them if I wanted to swap out the item or a refund for the item if I didnt want to wait. Well 8 calls later and so many emails that I cant remember still no reply back this has to be one of the worst support teams I have ever dealt with doesnt seem to be customer friendly as well as money hungry nice looking site horrible customer service so if you find something you like and order it and there is an issue with your order you might get the problem resolved by the time you get to the rest home.

Worst Customer Service EVER!! DO NOT BUY!!! placed a order on 12-16-15 I noticed the one pair of goggles are missing and the pistol they sent me was the wrong color. so I sent them a email even called and all I got was voice mail. after days calling I get In touch with someone I told them the problem they told me they will look into it and send a photo of the wrong pistol. as of today 2/8/16 no refund for the missing goggles and the pistol I sent back to them all they gave me was store credit told me they could not refund my card. Im not doing anymore business with them so a call up my credit card company to dispute the missing and wrong order charges. I will never buy from airattle again.

Just ordered from them yesterday. Everything went through just fine and was really quick. I will update the review when I get my products shipped. ***UPDATE*** Everything went great! I got my order in 2 days and it was all very high quality and well worth the price. I just ordered a new helmet, american flag patches, and a new fore grip. Lets see if it takes 2 days again. That was amazing. I will definitely be ordering from AirRattle from now on. This company has been the quickest to get the order shipped and be very high quality. Not sure why people put them down sometimes but they get 5 stars from me! One of the best online airsoft retailers to order from.

I bought a pistol . It was their last in stock , the plastic grips were cracked, gun was dirty out of box , and the gun itself blowback operation didnt perform properly, it would only half cock the hammer, jamming it in the middle of firing, not to mention I waited 9 days and the shipping said a 4 day max, I called their costumer service, no answer, left a * urgent * message and never got any call back, I included all information including my email and order number. Terrible costumer service, will never order from them again

Air rattle in my own personal opinion, is a store every air softer should look at. No, they dont have the biggest selection of airsoft gear and guns, and no, their staff isnt the biggest out of all the air softer. But, they sell airsoft guns and gear at the lowest cost possible. Ive seen gear on their website posted $15-20 below airsoft gis and evikes prices. They have given me excellent customer service and have saved me lots of money. I really do recommend any airsofter looking for guns/gear to head to air rattle.
