This place is extremely overpriced! I found a pair of roller blades there for 100$!!! They are out of their minds if they think they can get that. On top of that, they are actively trying to jip people out of their money. I tried to trade a bat for in-store credit. It was brand new and it had never been used more or less touched. They said theyd give me 10 bucks for it and would turn around and sell it for 25 bucks. I thought that this was strange considering I only paid 16 bucks for the bat brand new at Walmart. How are they going to resell used merchandise for more that its retail price? It is a scam all the way.

Numerous occasions have I visited this store and only one visit to the Bruce B Downs location, thats all it took. Since day one they have always greeted me, made me feel I was getting a deal, educated me about the process, and the prices... Dicks Who? New or used they have the price and a courteous professional staff. I state this with 25 years of CSR Retail experience they are truly a 5 Star environment. My inspiration to write this review was due to the exceptional customer service we received this Sunday from Justin. Thank you to your entire staff Matt I am yet to have a bad experience at your location.

I will never shop here again,you guys would not even buy a set of golf clubs,for $20 because they were not listed in your system,meaning you only want the high end stuff,and i will be in contact with your home office,the guy behind the counter that look at them acted like he could give 2 flying you know whats about me,he told me i could go to a pawn shop and they would buy them,he says edwin watts is next door so it makes it harder for us to buy them.

This place is similar to a pawn shop that is specifically for athletic sporting goods and fitness equipment. The prices are mostly ok and you can normally find better deals on Craigslist if you have time to look. If youre looking for a little quick cash and have some equipment lying around the house, you can trade it in for cash or store credit. Its a pretty good place to check out from time to time to see whats been traded in.

Way over priced. Charging $15 for new or used resistance band. You can buy an entire set with ankle straps, a sinch sak for storage, and a door anchor for $22 on Amazon with Prime 2day shipping. The used bands were in terrible shape and still marked as high as the new ones. Most of them should of been thrown away. The free weights I wanted only came in a set and they werent willing to split it up. Wont ever go back there.

I went their the other day. I found two nice hockey sticks I wanted. I noticed they both had broken/cracked blades. The staff did not know this as the time but I brought it to their attention. I was expecting a cheaper price for them due to this. They knocked $10.00 off the price and I told them forget it. They put the sticks back on the sales floor knowing they were damaged, waiting for the next sucker.

Poor customer service. Guy was on the phone whole time i was there and i really needed to ask a question but he never acknowledged i was there. I couldnt waste anymore time. The Wesley chapel one is better i feel. They really need to pay more attention to their customers .

Ive shopped here several times and will continue to shop here. The staff was friendly and helped my son find the correct size of baseball bat and glove. Ive have purchased all sorts of sporting equipment and will continue to shop at this Play It Again Sports.

I called ahead to confirm they had an item because the store is 30 minutes (one way) out of my way. I got there and they didnt have it. Not going back. Ill find people that respect my time enough to check an items availability before telling me it is in stock.

Out of their mind! Stopped to look at trading in a $1,800 piece of equipment thats been used about 20 times for a pre-owned elliptical & weight gym. I was offered $400 to trade in against their retail prices...smh. What a bunch of crooks
