This was not the in and out trip I thought it would be. Im from out of town and this was the closest grocery store to where we stay when we visit. Just needed a few things for the road trip home and didnt feel like traveling to the other giant eagle we typically shop at while here. Shopping was brief, but check out was horrendous. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have 1 check out lane open for 12 items or less and then 4 or so self check outs for everything else, really needs to think again! It took forever to get through the lines with people having to do this themselves that might not have experience doing so and on top of it just about every customer needed assistance of some sort with the crappy system they operate on. Ill drive out of my way next time Im in town.

I literally live in a 5 minutes walking distance but I prefer to drive 10-20 minutes to go to any other Giant Eagle... While I cant really say that the service is bad or that the staff is not nice, the selection is terrible and it is always dirty. Every single time that Ive bought something from the freezer section it has had a terrible taste to it. Its like they let it unthaw and then put it back into the freezer. It had a bad taste like the food has absorbed the taste of everything in the freezer. Just a very bad taste. A few times I made the mistake of not checking the dates and bought things that were expired... (even baby milk) Now the only thing I stop in the to buy is maybe a 2 litre of pop or things like napkins. I will never ever buy food from this store.

Im sorry to read so many bad reports! I personally have great service from all areas within the store and pharmacy! Please realize each person is not the only person the pharmacy takes care of. I know my medications are a laundry list and out of personal consideration for others, I always give them extra time to fill my meds. I know they give us a time frame with the best intentions! Everyone is human, please remember that! I always get help to my van, help reaching items and putting water in my cart without any issue or complaint. Customers and cashiers are pleasant, hint on that YOU ALSO need to be nice! Maybe remind you face that youre happy and people will reond in kind! Thank you Giant Eagle for the assistance you give me! I appreciate you!

Absolutely deplorable service!! Went in yesterday for some deli meat. I waited for 10 minutes while the TWO workers in the deli area were trying to figure out Saturdays schedule/order. When I turned to walk out, I noticed at least 7 people waiting. I was first to the counter. I will never go to this store again!!! The whole entire crew needs to be fired and a new one brought in!! This was not my first negative experience at this location - but it will be my last!!!!

It makes no sense to me if they tell you its about a 30 minute wait for your medications and I literally wait over an hour. while i know its alot of work being in the medical field, please dont sit on the phone laughing and carrying on while I have a sick 2 year old in the car screaming bc hes in pain and waiting on his meds. ughhh this annoys me.

Ever since the old supervisor left the store has never been the same. Most of the senior staff have left over time and about 70% of the new workers they get quit after a few weeks. I used to work here and I can personally say its just not worth it.

Thanks to pharmacist at bedford northfield rd giant eagle. My prescription was scheduled to be ready at 12 tday. I got there at 10. I did not feel well. She took the time to find my prescription and fill it and she was sooo nice! Very pleasant!

The Staff there are Helpful, and there is a large variety of different food stuffs to choose from, and it does have a Help Desk, and Handicapped Parking lot, with motorized. Shopping carts for the Handicap to use while shopping

This is my go to grocery store. I love the employees and its small enough so I can get in and out. Recently changed all the aisles around, not a fan at all. Makes the store look messy and unorganised.

Good, not a long wait in line. To found most of what I wanted. Didnt have Marzetti Honey French. Not the first time couldnt fine. They should carry it. Market District has it.

This store is satisfactory. You will receive better service at the Market Square Giant Eagle in Solon. If youre a bargain hunter, I highly recommend Marcs Locations.

I slipped on water on the floor. An employee saw me on the floor didnt ask if I was okay, and didnt try to help me up. I hope they at least cleaned up the water.

Disrepectful staff and managers. If your looking for a job dont work there at all youll find better work at marcs or practically any other giant eagle.
