When I was a youngster I went to this location. I was 18yrs old. I was picking up cough medicine for my sick nieces and nephew. Because of the judgmental individuals that judge a book by its cover (I had earrings and dyed hair) they called the cops on me because they thought that I was buying cough medicine to cook meth. I have never done drugs in my life!! I was planning to join the military soon after which I did. I look back on this and think what a bunch of clowns that would call the cops on someone because I dont look the way they want me to. I have been so upset about this for so many years I thought I would just write this review. I am now a SSgt in the Air Force and am happy to say even now I wouldnt step foot in this crappy run organization if it were the last place with food on earth. I would rather put in the work and grow my own. I was escorted out of the store by the cops that were cussing at me and accusing me of cooking meth or buying medicine for someone else. Thanks Giant Eagle for running such a place. I was told by the store manager that I was not welcome back. FOR WHAT!!!! Well if I went back now im sure that they would not have a problem with me. Stupid People in power this is what we get. Awesome great work keep it up I would love to see you go out of business. Ok I feel better now 10 years later. If only I knew then what I know now!

I read the review by Hawkeye 22 and he is describing a store that does not exist. It is now run by newer management that really care about its customers and the quality of performance. They really like people and want to make their experience the best possible. What Hawkeye said about the store 10 to 13 years ago may have been true. But he is judging a book by that no longer exists. I hope he realizes that he may be hurting an honest and dedicated store family that is always trying to do the right thing. As a customer I judge this store to be the best and the employees top notch. They work hard to make the shopping experience enjoyable and worth while.

Great bakery! I like the flowers, the cakes you can order are always good and the service is great. They once made a mistake on my daughters cake order and made me an entirely new cake in just an hour! And let me keep the mistake cake! My kids were in heaven!

They do not carry many of the advertised items. Have a rain coat for coffee and its been weeks since it was issued...still no decaf in stock. Get coupons to try new products and they seldom have them before coupons expire.

Giant Eagle is a very good grocery store. It has a large produce dept and they work hard to keep fresh produce in the store. And you get fuel perks at GetGo Gas. I usually find everything I need at Giant Eagle.
