Ive never made tamales and I found a tamale recipe I wanted to try so I asked a couple of the publix employees for something to wrap tamales in, such as tamale paper wrap sheets or corn husks. The worker there said he would order some in for me. I waited and waited (with the tamale filling sitting in my freezer) and never heard back so after about 5 or 6 weeks I went out of my way to go back (Publix is not my closest grocery store) and talked to customer service and was told again they would be ordered. Finally they called and told me they would not be ordering them and that I should try a Mexican shop. Im glad they finally called me but wish they would have told me earlier.

OK. Your "BOGO" doesnt really increase your long range gross. The two items that I bought tonight for the price of one ($5.00) does increase your gross tonight. Yet, it does nothing positive for the gross three weeks from now, when I dont buy the one I have in my hand, because it was "given" to me tonight. You are really scamming Publix. Old man Jenkins deserves better, in my humble opinion. RR.

Had a last minute get together with family for a birthday and needed a cake within a few hours, after calling another publix and being told that I have give 24 hours notice i decided to try this store and Buffy in Bakery was gracious and kind enough to make it happen for me without me having to explain the last minute reason !! She saved the day, and had a great attitude! Thank you Buffy!!

Make no mistake, Publix is expensive. But the selection of food is typically better than other supermarkets Ive been to. The people are great, and the produce tends to be excellent. If youre looking for a one-stop shop for all your groceries, its hard to beat Publix.

Deli sub quality has disappeared. Received poorly made sandwiches and complained. Gave it a couple of months to try again and 0 improvement. Lady doing prep is sloppy, doesnt spread condiments and doesnt seem to care what kind of product she puts out.

Poor service in the deli! It took literally 15 mins for the young man to make two subs for the people in front of me. He spent entirely too much time conversating.....People were dropping out of the line like flies! Lol

Always very helpful and so kind. Mina and Heather in the pharmacy are the absolute BEST. Since Heather left we will miss her terribly. The store is immaculate and they run awesome sales. We love Publix! V. OBannion

Subs are great, but the false advertising on the Reuben sandwich made me very angry. Take a look at my half of this $8 Sandwich that I could fit in my palm. They should rename this finger food a "bite size reuben".
