By far the most customer unfriendly store I have been to. They will not only not honor their ads, but tell you to shop somewhere else if you ask them to give the item for the advertised price. Very disorganized store and a little hard to find some products if they have them at all. Because there is little competition in the immediate area, they give you the stink eye if using coupons. I do the majority of my grocery shopping in Madison with the extra time and gas still saves me a lot of money. This store is just a glorified convenience store. Also, if you call corporate to complain about this store they will NEVER get back to you. Would be a great store if you had a bunch of extra money sitting around doing nothing and wanted to feel like an insignificant customer.

This store has the WORST produce section of any grocery store I have ever patronized in 45 years of grocery shopping. I can go ther on Monday, for example, and the lettuce is brown and rusty and no one wants it then, I can go back one week later and the exact same rotting lettuce is in the case, it is just disgusting and, the prices are insane! I literally have to go to the Giant Eagle in Saybrook or Madison to buy decent produce, or to Walmart or KMart which is inconvenient for me most times. I just do not understand why the store managers do not pay any attention to this section of the store.

People, we live in a small town, if you want a super center..drive for ten minutes in either direction..east/west to larger stores. Be thankful this town has a grocery store at all. Yes, its small, and doesnt have salad bars...restaurants..etc., if you live in this town.. your close to it. If you dont live around town..stop at a bigger store on your drive to or from wherever else you go.

This is a smaller Giant Eagle but you will find it has most of what you see in the full size store. Has a good bakery along with the deli. There is also a pharmacy. A large beer and wine section with a large selection of the local Ohio wines. Friendly staff and usually not too crowded. In the summer months they barbecue ribs and pulled pork in the front of the store for take away!

I do most of my grocery shopping here. I think that overall, the value and quality is there and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It is also very convenient to where I live. I signed up a long time ago for the Giant Eagle Eadvantage and Savor Rewards and I use them each week and month.

Easiest Giant Eagle to get in and out of real fast always very clean and organized. They always have cute displays of flowers and stuff for different Holidays only giant eagle I dont dread going into but mostly cuz they other ones are so large its like a maze.

Newly remodeled store. Isle guide in carts and in isle Overhead. The lot people do a good job of keeping the carts in the store, and out of the parking lot, Store is clean, employees are very helpful. At busy times, all registers are open.

Since the new owners took over, this location has come a very long way. I actually enjoy stopping in where I used to hate it, so much Id drive 20min to the GE in Ashtabula or GE/Walmart in Madison. Nice to be able to shop local again.

Its not 24 hours. Would be nice. A little pricey and minimal variety. Its a smaller location and that is okay a little room for improvement. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Its reasonably clean.
