Rewards program not so honest. You get .10 off per gal. Gas but have to spend 50.00 to get .10. All good but gas prices have averaged .20 higher than other stations meaning they get the reward back. Second, most items Ive seen are sometimes double the cost of competition. Third, every time I get Rx filled they are usually out if it. I did myself a favor and quit shopping here. Also, I usually leave my change to go to employee emergency help fund. A friend of mine needed help and was refused help with theyre Rx. Guess the execs. Must use those funds for the vacations they take or bonuses. Real good giant eagle! Employees dont get a handle or turkey for holidays and instead get a 12 gift card? You people dont appreciate your help or your clientele.

The better Giant Eagle is in Warren/ Elm Rd as they have a better selection of nutritionally-dense foods and quality meat. For the record, this reviewer does NOT include factory- farmed animals or preservative/ additive- laced meat in the category of "quality" and unfortunately, this Giant Eagle has little or no alternatives to that. What they do carry in bison, lamb and grass-fed beef is expensive. On the plus side, I found an impressive variety of natural or organic chocolate and dairy (including Brown Cow and Organic Valley).

So apparently this is not a 24hour store. I drove across town to do some shopping because I work midnights, unfortunately the gentleman that did come to the door said that these hours were in affect since June. Perhaps Giant Eagle corporate needs to change the website and Google and put up a hours sign. Just out of common courtesy...... Off to the 24hour Walmart I go...... I bet they will take my money!

I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes then they keep switching could not figure out how to put in a order seriously. I just went to Walmart all worked out awesome very nice would not go to them at all. awful. The lady seemed annoyed I was asking questions and prices.

Its a smaller store of the chain but has alot of the essential items you need. The prices are still high, unless theyre running a good sale. The people are friendly, and try to make your experience at this store pleasant as best they can.

Everytime I come in to this store and use the ladies room there is always fecal matter all over the walls of the stalls very unsanitary .
