Tim delivered outstanding customer service during my trip on 4/2/15. There were several of us waiting in line to pre-order Amiibos and despite the computer systems crashing from Gamestops all over the country trying to preorder at the same time, Tim went out of his way to help us out. He even had 3 computers going at once, trying to get customers orders in quickly before they sold out. Although I didnt get everything that I wanted in time, Tim was the reason I was able to leave with at least some of the Amiibos that I wanted.

Awesome place! Cool people with amazing attitudes. They are always consistent and know how to take care of their customers. The asian guy who works there, is very funny and has a goofy but loving personality. The guy who calls himself the mexican hokage is such a riot, he has an amazing attitude!

I love this place, but when I went to get a game they had closed 15 minutes early!! I knew what I wanted a everything and they were closed! So disappointed... But they still have great service and Ill be trying again tomorrow.

Guy recommended a 60 dollar headset to me when my old one kicked the bucket. It works wonders for audio, but the mic doesnt work at all. Be careful what you get.

This place looked pretty sweet especially the way it had two entrances one from the mall and another from the outside. Over all the store was pretty nice
