Bought a used Xbox 360 from this location. Who checks the systems before reselling them? Obviously no one. The system was not wiped there was personal info and accounts still linked to the system. Not only that but the system would not update so that I could connect to Xbox live. The system would keep freezing in between transitioning from one screen to the next it was ridiculous. Every time I buy a used system here I regret it.

Why is it that when I bring a game there to trade it in its so cheap I paid 60 dollars on halo master chief collection and I almost traded it in for 15 bucks the games are great its just the trade it in for money its wasting my time but dont get me wrong they still sell great games

Gamestop should be nicer to thir custmers i wanted to trade in starwars battlefront that was 60 dollars and i would only get 22 dallars for it they should be nicer to thir custmers if they want to survive in a business

Overpriced retail walk-in. Its what your paying for now a days with a brick and mortar store. However, the staff is knowledgeable and attentive and the store is clean and with good prouduct placment
