I cannot believe how poorly my husband was just treated in this store. My husband was holding our newborn in her carrier waiting in line and I was across the store looking at something with our two year old. There was another customer near me with his two kids also looking at stuff. I went to join my husband in line and a few minutes later its clearly my husbands turn in line and he even starts to walk towards to the counter when "krystle" looks my husband dead in the eye and calls over that other customer that still wasnt even in line!! I wouldnt be so angry if she would have said excuse me, or anything to him!!! She chose to blatantly ignore him to help a customer that was still walking around the store!!! I was so taken aback by her terrible customer service we left and will spend our money elsewhere.

Worst Gamestop Ive ever been to! The guys are extremely nice and happy whenever I came in, however the girls werent. Extremely bad customer service and accused customers for things they didnt do. The store manager Krystle was very rude, she dont deserve to be a manager whatsoever. We have been a loyal customer there for over 4 years now and cant believe to be treated like this!

The Manager Krystal was fun and helpful, did not make me feel bad that i had a return of a game i received incorrect by gamestop online, instead assisted me to the point i decided to purchase again from Gamestop in the future, just not online. And surprisingly she knew much about Mortal Kombat X and Marvel vs Capcom 3 - PS4 thanks!

Krystal is not helpful at all she treats her employees rudly as well as puts her friends and connections over her customers no longer going here shes a manager and acts like a child

Some days they have three employees and no customers other days they have two employees and a line out the door
