Although I dont like GameStop as a company for its business practices, I will say this particular store was a go to of mine for years, I use to be cool with one of the managers but after he left and his staff moved on the employees they hired were just hit or miss, not particularly bad but just more like drones and annoying with trying to force preorders even if you said no 5 times already. Wouldve given it 4 stars but no deal because the new manager lied to me about not having a new copy of Madden 17, when I mentioned I would just go buy it digitally he magically whipped out the deluxe version and gave it to me at regular version price. While I can appreciate him rectifying the problem I dont appreciate being lied to just so you can horde a game back to make more money.

Been coming to this place since 2007, love it here! Not the biggest game selection but they usually have really good games used. Staff was rude to my mom a few times, used to be a lot friendlier back when it was eb games
