these guys are sick they help you with no matter what you need I def. will always go to this gamestop for life there customer service is more than excellent and there knowledge of games is out there I recommend this location to all my friends and people who just want to go to a place were they can be treated like a king thank you guys for your help with my ps4 and games and all the questions I have had till this day thank you and I wish all of you the best see you guys tomorrow when I pick up my ps4 thanks

The place is very packed at all times theres always very busy so I can see how some people can not handle the type of environment but none the less theyre very helpful they always try to help find you what you can find even if they cant have fun today theyre stored those try to find it at another store nearby so you can actually get what you need to get so far I got everything I ever needed Ill definitely go back

Not helpful at all, had to return an item that wasnt compatible with my console and buy a different one that was more expensive. When I returned the two items I bought the difference came to a dollar and change. I couldnt get it because I left my wallet at home, these people lost a $49 sale and a customer for not providing a dollar and change discount.

Unprofessional staff. Employee was more interested in talking to his friends on the phone than helping me. Supposedly every game I wanted was sold out and unavailable even the ones on the counter behind him and digital downloads. Dont waste your time here theres a better game stop across the street.
