The only thing Ive liked about my experience was that the sales lady didnt stalk us through the store as we were looking. We are still waiting on our couch after 10 weeks, which wouldnt be as big of a problem if we hadnt of been told 6-8weeks. Joan told us she called the company and it was on its way so we set up to sell our couch 2 days after she said it would arrive. Now weve been without anything for 2weeks! Every piece of info the lady told us was wrong, she was obviously just telling us what we wanted to hear. My husband called and talked to the manager and he basically just said sorry Ill remind them of the timing. Didnt offer anything other than an "oh well". Terrible experience!

Horrible experience with this company and customer service. First, they forgot to place half of the order. Secondly, they sent furniture that smelled of throw up, so much so that the delivery man commented on it. The said they would clean it and I took it back because I loved the piece. Well the smell did not go away. (I had at least ten people smell it to make sure I wasnt crazy) when I called back, Mike told me that I was being sensitive. I was so upset because I wanted this to work but I cannot have a house that smells like this! Ive never experienced such horrible customer service and will never deal with this company again.

DONT BUY HERE. THE PRICES ON THE ITEMS YOU LOOK AT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU WILL BE CHARGED. We found outdoor furniture that had prices on it. We were told that purchasing a love seat instead of the 3 cushion couch would save a couple of hundred dollars. We wanted to order exactly what was described including the upholstery. The cost should have been around $4,000 with two chairs. When we were finally delivered the cost after waiting a half hour, the cost came out to over $5,000. They said the prices on the items were incorrect. They offered no excuses. PUTTING PRICES ON ITEMS THAT ARE FAKE IS FRAUD.

We purchased a cherry china cabinet a number of years ago from Murrow Furniture, we recently needed a replacement part and visited Custom Home Furniture to request assistance. We have purchase other pieces from Custom in the past and have always been very happy with the quality and professionalism of the products and sales staff. In this instance Mike in the Customer Service Department provided service above and beyond expectation. We were able to get the part immediately and the level of service was exceptional. This reconfirms our loyalty to Custom and we will continue to shop there for our furniture needs.

I went to walmart and found alot of the exact same mattresses for hundreds of dollars less and a few of the sofas are at big lots for half the price. The most marked up store in Wilmington definitely and lots of damage to the furniture, seems like the people in the warehouse arent gentle enough with the furniture. Very displeased will never shop there again. I would give it zero stars if I could.

The sales person was too busy for me when I was trying to buy a couch. She had to leave early to check on an apartment she wanted to rent with her boyfriend. Also, when they advertise a 50% off sale, it is misleading. It is not 50% off of their prices. It is 50% off of msrp price which is only"slightly" less than their regular price.
