I was in the Lifeway in Rocky Mount, NC yesterday. The worker by the name of Latricia was very helpful & patient. However, the manager, didnt get her name, but she is a heavy set caucasian lady, acted like she really didnt want to be there. I know we can have our bad days, but she was acting this way in front of customers. Latricia was helping me get info for bibles to be printed w/ names & the line got backed up. Latricia called for help & this lady manager came & had this sour, nasty look on her face. Then Latricia asked her a question about an item & she blew out a loud breath. Right there in front of all the customers. I am a Christian & I dont expect to see non-Christian like behavior at a Christian store. I will pray for her. I gave 4 stars because of the employee that helped me, Latricia.
