Customer service is AWFUL. I ordered a comforter from their location and waited about three weeks before I followed up with them. Nobody could find my order, so I had to continue to call back, day after day. Finally, they told me they never received my order. They did not offer to help, so instead I had to ask for their email so I could send them proof I purchased and PAID for it already. I played phone tag several times before I got a rude woman on the phone telling me, "there was nothing they could do." I have worked in customer service for over a decade and would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated. After talking to several different employees, I was finally able to get someone to look further into my issue. It had turned out that THEY lost my comforter. I received it THREE MONTHS after placing my order with no form of apology. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them ever again.

By far the worst belk we have ever walked into clothes were laying on the floor piled up on top of the racks . The jeans were thrown all over and piled up not folded this is our first Google review and we felt we had to say something . The brands and sizes were mixed all up . We saw plenty of staff most of them were talking to each other the whole time we were in the store. Even the chaps Polo Shirts we were looking were so messy piled up unfolded and mixed up. . Some even on the floor ..
