I live a walking distance from this store but I can hardly stand to even walk in it anymore. There are a couple of women who work here who abuse the customers. I am one of those customers. I feel VERY uncomfortable when I go in there. The last time I went in to get a couple of items and went to the front register. The only employee I saw in the store was actually standing half way in and half way out the front door. She was smoking a cigarette and told me should would be "with me in a couple of minutes". So I just stood there waiting for her to finish her cigarette. This was an middle aged black woman Another time there the customer ahead of me was trying to use some coupons to check out. The woman working the register quite loudly made a mockery of the customer. This went on for 15 minutes. Unfortunately I had one coupon with my purchase so when I checked out it was my turn for abuse. The name badge this woman had said her name was "Kim Haydon". I just turned around and walked out of the store. Anyway I felt like I was in some backwoods country store where customer service is even worse than customer NO-Service. I avoid the place like the plague now and tell others about my experiences at this place.

I originally transferred my prescriptions to the Rite-Aid stores for their free $25 gift card, which I really liked. I chose this location because its really close to my office. I visit this store roughly once a month to pick everything up and its always been pleasant for me. Granted, I have only dealt with the people in the back and not the cashiers, but theyve always been extremely courteous, polite, helpful, and really quick. I could probably see where the previous reviewer would have had bad experiences with this store, I wouldnt put it pass anyone nowadays, and I get the cold shoulder when I use coupons, but the economy is tight right now, so I could care less. However, my experiences have been great and as long as I can get my meds at my co-pay price I will continue to use this store....

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews here. Both my husband and I have been at this pharmacy for different medications: the pharmacy associate was in both cases very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They took only 5 minutes to fill a new prescription I gave them. My experience with other pharmacies is that I had to request that the same prescription be filled days in advance to make sure that they would have the medication available on the day I needed it. To my surprise, the medication was significantly cheaper than in other pharmacies. I will keep filling my prescriptions at this pharmacy, and I would certainly recommend it.

I still have not had my prescription filled in 3 weeks. There was a minor pre-authorization issue. But, my insurance company never stated saying they received anything. They wanted cash payment and turns out they didnt even take down my insurance card info the first time. I havent even had a phone call from them in 3 weeks even after calling them twice. I would recommend taking your prescription to a different pharmacy, they obviously are not about customer service here. I got mine filled somewhere else after all this.

Went in store today and was greeted by a drunk lady named Kim. Asked her where the the shampoo was and could not understand her because she was drunk or on some drugs. I have never been to a business where they allow employs to be drunk and drugged up. If i was running this store i would fire her.She is unable to do her job and i will never shop there again. As i was talking to her she took some gum off the shelf and started chewing it to cover up the vodka on her breath.
