I called Game Dynamics and asked about a repair to my Xbox with a drive issue. The person on the phone assured me that they could fix it and I asked what their hours for the day were. The person replied that he would be there until two that day. I said ok, that is an hour from now, Ill see if I can make it. I arrived at Game Dynamics at 1:40 (they close at 2) The door was locked and I recieved no answer to knocking, and upon calling, could hear the phone ring once, then get sent to voicemail from outside the office. I respect that if you own your own business, you have the right to set your own hours, but to waste someones time and money (It was a 35 minute trip for me to their location, so an hour and ten minutes & probably around 20 dollars in gas) because you want to close up shop 20 minutes early is unprofessional. And if the person had said, "oh well close at 140 today", I would have said ok no problem and done it another day. When you say you will be present at your posted business hours, please stick with it or be forthright about your lazy closing habits. Not to mention that the hours of 9-2 Mon-Fri are about the most unconvient business hours for a drop off/pick up service that I can think of for normal people who have jobs.

I got the Yellow Light of Death on my PS3, and decided to find a local repair shop to do the work this time instead of sending it off to Sony for a refurbished unit. I have a 2nd generation PS3 (the first run backwards compatible 80 gig unit), and it is precious to me. The staff is very knowledgable about the problems with current gens problems, and they were able to fix not 1 but 2 problems for under $100. My fat PS3 is running like brand now, and I would take all my game units back to Game Dynamics in the future. The people who have bad reviews obviously doesnt respect the sanctity of business, and therefore wants to create a bad image for Game Dynamics even though they will get the job done without a problem. Give this place a shot especially if you have a fat PS3 with the dreaded YLOD or bad optical lens.

I took an Xbox 360 in for repair and was initially very pleased with the service. The owner had the console fixed within the quoted time and was very accommodating and friendly. However, the console experienced the same red ring error about 3 weeks later (within the 30 day warranty period). I have tried to contact this owner multiple times by email and also from different phone numbers explaining the problem and fully expected the situation to be corrected since a "warranty" is provided. Several weeks have passed and frankly, no excuse can explain why he has not been willing to return a phone call or an email. I am extremely disappointed that the owner was not even able to be a decent business owner and contact a customer back with their concerns. Will not use this business again or refer to others.

Everything was fine until my PS3 died again exactly 31 days after I got it back. I emailed once and called and never got a reply to see if there was anything that can be done, after all, $80 to fix a PS3 is already pretty steep. Also, I never received the receipt that was supposed to help me prove that Game Dynamics fixed it in the first place so that they could repair it again. Funny how there is a month guarantee and my PS3 died the day after, and per the guy that fixed it "theres nothing I can do after that".

First off, the guy is a jerk and an awful businessman. He is very hard to do business with and replied to my one of my emails when I said I wanted to try and find somewhere else to get my xbox fixed with, "Whatever." Even when I told him if I didnt find anywhere else that I liked Id comeback to him. Also my friend had some work done by him and he thought it was over priced and it didnt read game disks when he go it back. DONT USE GAME DYNAMICS.

So, let me get this straight. Your fix, is to have me pay you AGAIN, to fix an issue that your original service caused my XBox to get banned in the first place? Cmon..... In addition to your response, you now have 3 reviews at 5 stars a piece? Each with horrific grammar as your reponse to me? Cmon..... Youre slipping down a big slope my friend. I look forward to seeing your shop close for poor business practice.

Game Dynamics has fixed my systems in the past and I have always been pleased. Dont let a few bad reviews fool you. Game Dynamics do exactly what they say will do. Anyone unhappy with not getting enough money on broken systems and not researching before adding new hardware make me laugh. They can spend less time writing bogus reviews and more time doing their homework. Maybe then their grammar will improve.

I had an issue with my PS3 where discs werent being recognized by the console. I took my PS3 to this store and they rebuild a mechanism inside the console that controlled the intake and ejection of discs. And they had it back to me completely fixed in 4 days. I would highly recommend this store. And their prices were a fraction of what Sony would have charged had I mailed it in to them.

Great experience! brought my 360 in with red light error Nick fixed it in less than 30 minuets for 50 bucks! while I was there I had him look at my daughters galaxy tablet the screen kept going on and off he opened it up and said a cable or something was loose, fixed it NO CHARGE!! DUDE IS AWESOME!! THANKS !! if something else breaks I will definitely call them again!!

Had an is sue with a foreign object shoved in my PS3 drive via my 2 year old. After calling, the owner was in the midst of scheduling an appointment for me when he suggested a few minor resets that ended up fixing the issue, allowing me to utilize my PS3 to its fullest potential again, and saving me several dollars and a ton of stress. Thanks again so much!

I had a great experience with Game Dynamics and would highly recommend it. The owner was highly accommodating and allowed me to drop off my xbox to be repaired despite the store being closed. He was also very quick in getting it fixed. I had my xbox back in less then 24 hrs.

I got my PS3 YLOD repaired. The repair failed after the 7 day warranty period, but the owner, Nick, offered to the reflow the PS3 again even though it was out of the warranty. Great place and friendly owner, I highly recommend him if you need a console repair!
