Terrible return policy. No cash back what so ever. I bought a used item. The item was defective. I asked for a replacement. They told me they were out of the item so I asked for a cash refund please so I could buy the item somewhere else. they refused and told me store credit only. I asked why amd they saod that ots just their policy. Now Im stuck with store credit I cant use since they dont even have what I wanted in the first place. Stay away from this place.
