I have used this FedEx Kinkos before without any hassle or issue, however when its busy and the phones are ringing this team of employees cant get their act together. First, I was pushed off to a machine so that they wouldnt have to print the 4 documents I needed. Then the machine they were so excited to show me that was NEW didnt work and the employees didnt know how to fix it. Finally, I figured it out. I then needed assistance in printing a booklet which was a 2 pg two sided document which is folded in half. I have had this document printed before two weeks ago. The manager Wanda had printed it for me, no problem. Today Wanda said there was a new fee though of $10 to process it, She stated the pages needed to be put in order for it to print although the document order never changed and Kaminou (another employee) was then able to fulfill the order without having to charge me $10. This FedEx cant seem to work cohesively when theyre busy. They will pawn you off to another person or to a machine. I will go to another location where the employees are more than happy to take care of me and my business.

I went in with reasonable expectations, knowing I was under a major time constraint but that was no ones problem but mine. I had a fairly simple job but had not formatted my project properly. Moe worked with me to set up my project for the printer, and he caught a mistake that I had missed even on my final inspection. He was professional and patient, and very conscientious. I got my programs printed in time. I thought the price was very fair and the customer service was definitely a step above. For the reviewer who doesnt want to be asked to proof the document before it gets printed, youre not being reasonable. Paper and ink cost money - if you come in and your order was printed incorrectly, they need the assurance that the mistake was yours, NOT theirs. This is a business. Their goal is to make a profit, not to be wasteful and careless because people will take advantage of them if something goes wrong with the job. There is nothing improper or unreasonable about that - its simply a smart business practice. Anyway, I had a good experience, and I will definitely return with future business.

Three part NCR snaps, $375 for 1000, is a pretty decent price, especially when it includes the setup and design. They can do the job in just a couple of days. Moe helped me put together some prescription pads for a couple of my offices, requiring remaking the document with different addresses, etc. No problem. Another local vendor charged me around $475 for the same work, and it took over a week for them to come in, as they didnt have the ability to do that kind of printing on-site. Burny is also very knowledgeable. He has put together several of my music compositions into books, printed and spiral bound them so they look professional, and the prices are nothing to complain about. In each instance, Burny was able to do the job right then and there, but I obviously picked off-peak times to go.

I went into this office yesterday to be treated rudely from the get go by a very abrupt disgruntled manager(the one with the sweet tattoo on her chest, classy). I had been to this location previously for the exact services. This time she charged me a 10 dollar handling fee which I was not charged previously as well as forced to come back 2 hours later to pick up a grand total of 7 pages printed off. I was also denied my student discount which had been applied previously as she stated their rules on student discounts had changed "yesterday". What a load of crap, I highly suggest going anywhere else and if you see this lady run!

They quoted me $175 for a binding job. I left the store and took it across town to the good kinkos and it cost me $20. The clerk was not very polite and I was pretty offended that they wanted to rip me off so badly. I was also going to have to proof the documents, which meant an extra trip to the store. Cant they do it right the first time? Needless to say I will not be using this store in the future, seek another Kinkos.

Im sitting here filling out an address form listening to the guys talk about how they will tell a lady that the free shipping she should get with her posters isnt true. Also about ripping off some guy by telling him he needs a different envelope. I ripped up my order form and walked out. Ill just go to UPS or the post office.

I needed to ship a package to Canada. They just called me and told me it could get held up in customs as I didnt fill out all the right paperwork - no one told me it was needed! Thats why I went to them - to tell me what was needed to ship the pkg!! I wont go here again!

Only came here to send out a small package. I had to deal with a grumpy older Indian man that moved slower than anyone should move and didnt seem to know what he was doing. I sent the package but not how I really wanted to and Ill never go back.

Staff went out of the way to make sure my labels came out perfectly after the self serve printer severely messed up the color. Top notch service, they were friendly and joked around with me the entire time. Could not ask for a better interaction.
