AMAZING store, highly recommend. Reliable, trustworthy, prompt and customer oriented. I live in another country overseas and when I come back to Western New York to visit I always visit a few places--to include this store to help me ship things back to my house. I can leave things to be shipped with them and they ensure that they get there safely. I have never received a broken plate or cup when I needed to ship parts of our old kitchen to myself. I have shipped large items like paintings with zero damage upon arrival overseas. Additionally, three separate times I have had custom laminates books and notes references books printed and bound in this store. I was always impressed with the quality and speed that things were shipped, and made for me. They excel at service with a smile. Cant say enough good things! Additionally, I always like to support our Veteran owned and operated local businesses.

I needed a large poster printed in a short period of time. I emailed the file to The UPS Store they printed it and mounted it on foamboard for me in the time I needed it. It was less expensive than I was quoted at other places. The staff was very helpful and nice. They have earned my business from now on

Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and very efficient; I am in and out in no time! I also love how they happily accept packing peanuts and boxes for reuse/recycle purposes. Not only do they make people happy, but they make the planet happy too. That is a quality business!
