I absolutely love this Ingles! Always clean, bright and well stocked. The only problem I have is when the employees walk directly in front of me. Whether theyre just not paying attention or what... I have an employee walk directly in my direct path often. This isnt limited to this specific Ingles, it happens at all of them. But this is the one that I frequent around 4 times a week. To have to come to a complete stop when I have my arms loaded with bags or a basket when an employee walks in front of me with nothing is frustrating. Please allow customers to pass before you, its polite and good customer service!

from my 2 experiences-- The bakery is not capable of making a correct order. First time my order wasnt even made, second time it was incorrect. Neither order was complicated - just cupcakes with colored icing. I was told sorry both times and that i could wait to have new cupcakes made--- very very frustrating experience. especially if you do not have the time to wait to have the correct order made. I do not recommend using this bakery. If you do be sure to call a few hours before you plan to pick up to make sure they have made your order and that it is correct - maybe thatll work???!!!

360 Exploration

I am mainly reviewing for the deli/restaurant side. The food taste so good. Chinese food is my favorite, and breakfast at the deli, you cant beat the price. Bacon, Sausage, Eggs, and biscuit all for under $3. As for the other part of the grocery store, very spacious and clean. The only thing I dont enjoy when I come in, is I normally see the same girl at the self check-out stand, and she is a very grumpy and rude person. She doesnt seem to want to be there and do the job for Ingles. However, the chinese restaurant and breakfast at the deli makes it all the worth while.

Mills River store is a clean, friendly place to shop. I love the variety Im presented with here. I really enjoy their salad bar so go there frequently; not only to eat there but to bring home as well. Ingles is "home grown"(I remember their first store)so supporting this store is easy as they grow, expand and improve.

Its a regular ingles but bigger. Is simultaneously the best and the worst you can do for a grocery store in Western North Carolina because theyve just about driven the last food lions and bi-los out. Really its a pretty nice grocery store, but I dont know what they are doing to crush the competition so soundly.

Bought some bedhead hairspray here. When I got home realized it would not spray. I did not have the receipt does anyone keep grocery receipts? They refused to replace it or refund the purchase. I spend several hundred dollars a month at this store. Maybe time to spend my money at Harris Teeter instead.

I live close to here and Im so greatfull to have a place like this right down the street. They have almost anything you could ever need to make a meal from any country. Wonderful place. The only con is the fact they are not a 24hr Ingles but its not that big of a deal considering they are open until 11pm.

Ingles is by far and away the premier supermarket in the area. They have a very large selection, very similar to Publix in Florida if youre familiar with that. Great Boars Head meats and cheeses in the deli and lots of selection of vegetables, fruits and so forth. Also have a Starbucks at this location.

Usually a pretty good selection of quality foods. They have great friend chicken in their deli (better than KFC or Bojangles), pretty good meat selection. The only thing that makes me upset with them is their overpricing of practically every item in the store! The fried chicken, however, is a good deal.

One of Ingles better stores. Always stop here when in this area. Very clean. Very convenient. Local PD could meet their budget by busting up drug deals in the outlying parking lot, but thats not a reflection on the store. Weve seen a drive-by exchange every time weve stopped.

Its on the way home, employees are smart and friendly, food selections are good. I wish they would open up the middle aisle like it was when this new store 1st opened, because its a hassle walking around the blockage they put in to the coffee aisle or toothpaste aisle.

My wife went in to use the bathroom and when she asked an employee to help her find it she got a surly response. Then the girl at the Starbucks counter had an unwelcoming demeanor. Never had a problem at the other location where we usually go.

If You Try To Get Deli Help After 8:00 pm They Will Tell You Their Closed, Short On Staff Ect. I Have Had This Happen Since The Store Opened. I have went to The Manger Time After Time With This Problem and It Goes On And On!!!

Always super clean, good variety of food, wine, cheese and specialty foods. Offers hot breakfast, lunch and dinner plus prepared sandwiches and a "make your own" salad bar. Employees always friendly and helpful.

Most Ingles markets have been newly rennovated with great features such a deli, food court, salad bar, wing bar, olive bar and some bulk goods. Sell Boars Head high quality sandwich meat.

Great fresh subs, love them, the workers take pride in their job and it shows! And the pizza is so much better than Nancy Lynns Diner & Pizzeria and the $ is better too

I like this store. But its too big. Try and buy a gallon of milk and a dozen eggs without walking a mile or two. But I like the attempt by Ingles to do a food mall.

Compared to other Ingles in the area this store has items that are priced higher. The store is beautifully laid out and very spacious but prices need to come down.
