I live close by but have not been very happy with the selection of dinner options available at the deli in the hot food area. Last time I when was at 6:15pm Friday and again the same choices and again dried and not very appetizing. See Photos. I am able to also go to the Greenwise Publix and a new location near by that every time I have been they have great choices and the food looks good. I mean how do you have fried chicken but never have any mashed potatoes? The pictures will speak for them selves. Sorry Publix to put you on blast like that but you need to step it up at that location. Otherwise the staff is usually friendly and helpful. The deli just has poor options for dinner time in the hot food section. Two employees also made terrible excuses why they didnt have an item i asked for. On two occasions, talking with other customers at the hot food counter and they agreed that the choice were bad and they did not care for them. I spoke with a manager, Mark maybe, and informed him of this reoccurring event of bad options and food at the deli so hopefully things will change soon. The Greenwise location will get my money until then. I hope to get to change my review to something better in the near future.

They are a fairly good store to visit. Very convenient for the residents in the area. There is one employee that is exceptional. His name is Josh. When i go in i used to look for his register. no matter the length of the line i would wait. He is very focused on and attentive to the customers. He does not have side conversations with other employees when he has a customer. This cannot be said of any other cashier. Not even when a manager is running a lane.

Friendly staff, except for the older guy Paul back in the deli. This guy STAYS in a bad mood. He gets pissed every time a customer asks him a question, and he always looks mad every time I come in. Asked him if they had any wings ready, when they were done, he basically threw them at me, and stink eyed me when I said thank you. Now, one person will not stop me from continuing to shop at this Publix, but he makes me uncomfortable every time I see him.

My favorite public, but mostly because the Winthrop shopping plaza is a really cool little plaza, lots of character and a great assortment of shops and food. But this is supposed to be about Publix. Nice store, remodeled recently, and they keep the shelves full.

Rather save hot food for employees than serve it to customers. Im a paying customer, I should be able to use my money and pay for chicken when I order it. No I dont want to wait 20-30 minutes when there is food right there I can have.

I love this Publix! The staff is nice and the cashiers mostly remember and know me at this point. I always feel welcome, the selections are great, the place is always clean, and I LOVE shopping here!

Employees will go out of their way to ensure a great shopping experience. Will reorder an item they used to carry; just ask. Some employees actually get to know their regular customers by name.
