Bought myself a new 2500 turbo diesel for Christmas!! I have purchased several vehicles for myself, my wife and teenagers over the years and I have always bought them at Skyland Automotive. (Dodge dealer in Candler, NC) Adam Froemming has always been my sales person there and he has now moved to Hendersonville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram as the Sales Manager. When I found out he had moved my business moved with him. Good honest guy and has always gave me the best price he possibly could on vehicles. On one truck I bought I had window tint and a back up camera added to the deal and he went out of his way to make sure the tint and camera was installed the very next day. The 2500 Ram I just bought was no different, I got an amazing price on the truck and my sales person there ( Matthew Parrish) got me an awesome price towards my trade in. Mr. Parrish was great and very fast. I came in and checked out the truck while he checked out my trade in. We agreed on some numbers rather quickly to my surprise as this seems to be the worse part of new vehicle shopping is getting numbers to where both parties are happy. I went to the bank and got them a check. Mr. Parrish had my new truck all cleaned up and full of fuel when I returned to the dealership. All paper signing was done in 30 minutes and I was ready to roll. The Finance Manager was fast and efficient, he explained what I was signing in a language I understood. It took me longer to switch my belongings out of my old truck to my new one than it did to finish the paperwork. Mr. Parrish went out of his way and introduced me to the service manager and showed me around the dealership as well. During my tour I met the General Manager and was great. Most GMs in my experience are not very approachable and always seem uppity to me. This guy was professional but down to earth and talked to me like we had known each other for years. The service department guys stopped what they were doing and took time to talk with me and answer some questions I had regarding Diesel service as this is my first Diesel purchase. I am extremely happy to be doing business at Hendersonville Dodge now and know I am in good hands because of my past experience working with Mr. Froemming over the years. I will be trading my wifes van in 2017, I have my son turning 16 in February and my daughter turning 16 next year in September. All three of these vehicles will be purchased here. I give these guys 5 stars all day long and would give more if possible. I have read some of the reviews on here with low ratings and have read the complaints that these folks were having. Give these guys a shot to earn your business, new manager and new salesman as well. I personally feel with my experience with these guys over the years they will not let you down and there wont be many low reviews on here in the future.

Very disappointed with my experience today. I was called over the phone with an opportunity to come in and discuss the option of a car trade-in. I felt very excited for the opportunity! I came in for my appointment at the scheduled time and proceeded to answer questions as far as what I was looking for in a vehicle. Once my information was gathered I knew exactly what my credit score was and I knew plenty of people that had no problem with some sort of finance with the same credit score that I had wich was fair, so of course I was excited just for any kind of finance opportunity. My vehicle was a used vehicle and yes there were some things on the body of my vehicle that could easily be repaired, but very well taken care of and a nice vehicle at that. At this point I started to feel a sense of judgment from the main operator who seem to manage these decisions once the subject of my credit came up and my age and why I basically didnt have any credit cards in my name. The guy asked how old I was and said that he was the same age as me and started to basically make a point of judgment. Very disappointed at this point. Then it was a smack in the face when they brought out a used vehicle and said it was my only option to have a potential finance with, but this car was definitely not american and very cheap it was obvious they felt as if thats what they only wanted to offer me. I felt at this point OK well definitely not the vehicle I explained that I was looking for when they asked me I was looking for a jeep style or SUV! Not a cheap vehicle from Japan no Offense.. Then they proceeded to check not just six banks but 10 banks!! For a credit check just basically telling me to sign a piece of paper and not explaining or asking is this really what you would like to proceed to do? I checked my credit score afterwards to see it went down seven points!! thats just all I needed right? Definitely a waste of a couple hours. I did find a different dealership not far and definitely found something great that works for me! Was not expecting that kind of experience at all. I do not recommend to be solicited by them there are many other options beware of wasting your time and having points taken off of your credit for that waste of time.

On July 10th, 2017, I purchased a 2016 Ford F-250 that had been traded in. That day, I went to the dealership to get my Jeep serviced and to have them value my Ram 1500 for trade in, as I was looking to upgrade to a 3/4 ton truck. I was not expecting to actually purchase a vehicle that day, however the F-250 was exactly what I was looking for, Hendersonville Dodge had made some nice upgrades to the truck and the asking price was very fair. The salesman I worked with was Jeremiah and he was terrific - very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and not pushy. They (Jeremiah and Saul, who handled the financing) worked with me on the trade in value of my Dodge as well as the price of the F-250 to reach a monthly payment with which I was comfortable. Overall, the experience was very pleasant, quick and stress free and I felt that Jeremiah really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I was incredibly excited about the F-250 and he seemed to honestly share my excitement and just came across as being a genuinely nice, honest person. My experience at the service department with my Jeep was also great - pleasant staff, work was completed quickly, good communication, etc. I have been to Skyland Automotive in Asheville (the worst experience in a service dept. I have every had) and Waynesville Dodge (just an average, meh experience), and Hendersonville Dodge was far and away better than my previous experiences at other Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. If youre in the Western North Carolina area and are looking for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge to purchase or need one repaired, I highly recommend this dealership.

Timothy Ory Petty (used car salesman) and Greg Dossett (new car general sales manager) Loan shopped to six different banks after I told Timothy Ory Petty just to do a soft pull on my credit and see where we were with numbers. I had no idea what numbers they were even sending to the bank, because I hadnt even picked out a car!!!! I didnt even know what trade in allowance they were giving me!!!! Talk about unprofessional and deceitful and unbelievable!!!! This car lot is the whole package of RUN RUN FAR FAR AWAY!!!! I cant believe it!! I was told they couldnt help me that day so I thanked Timothy Ory Petty for his time and left. Found out what they did thanks to checking up on my credit report today 8 days LATER!! What in the world!! They should be put out of business! I wonder who else they have done this too?? Probably YOU!!!! You couldnt pay me to go to that lot and ever even think I am going to get a deal!! OH AND THE BEST PART?? Jeep was offering 2500 cash back on select new vehicles, and this lot jacked the prices up that very 2500 dollars to make people think they were getting a deal!! Cheating, lying, underhanded business practices will eventually come back and bight people in the behind, and for these incredibly unprofessional manipulative DECEITFUL people I sure hope its sooner than later!!!!!!
