0 starts ~ Absolutely do NOT give these people your business/money!!! I give them -10 stars however, the only way I could post is by selecting at least 1 star. 1. Ill first start with the paperwork. I should have trusted my gut and let and knew they were crooks then but I didnt. Car was advertised for $6,800.00, I paid $3,000.00 as a down payment. Now we all know about interest of course. The paperwork showed $10k, when I asked, I was told "thats just the system that we use however, once the payoff is done, that goes away unless you drag out the payments" Stupid me, took their word for it. As per my contract, the amount owed when I walked out including the extra interest was $7,000.00... 2. the week I got the car from them, I needed a new alternator, I know it was a used car and sold "As is" but the Customer service received when asking for assistance w/HORRIBLE. 3. Everytime I asked for the payoff, the system was down or your payment is late and we cant calculate the payoff on a delinquent account" 4. The car was recently totaled, they called my insurance company before they could contact them (Id told them the car was totaled) and they payoff they gave was $9,000.00!!! Now Im no math wiz but how in Gods name is that possible?!?!? Needless to say Im highly disgusted w/them and will NEVER EVER go back there or refer anyone there EVER!!!!

RUDE, LIERS,SHADY AND CROOKS ------*---Do not purchase a car from these people, they are crooks and DO NOT HONOR their word. They have no integrity . They are dishonest and have no class. I purchased a car and paid them cash in full and they told me they would fix the vibration. I went there 6 times after work and they ignored me and I went home crying every night. I gave these people almost $4,000.00 and I had to go out and purchase a new car from a honest reliable source and hire a attorney. I will get my money back but it will take some time. all in all - purchasing a car from these people was the WORST car shopping experience Ive ever had. Please if you are thinking about purchasing a car and you want to walk away happy go somewhere else. my bumper was not even screwed in. none of my light worked properly. the bulbs was laying inside the light. They take parts off of other cars to sell them and they remove them before you leave the lot. they rig up A/Cs and check engines lights. the minute you pull out of the lot. My check engine light came on and air condition stop working. If they hand you a warranty letter - it means nothing ....they will refuse to honor it and leave you walking home. Ive reported to BBB and hired a attorney. This kind of treatment no one deserve.

I wouldnt recommend this car dealership to ANYBODY. They will gladly take your money and lie to your face. They advertised my car Im purchasing from them at 9999, 10500, and 10999 on craigslist. While test driving the car the dealer and I agreed to 10999 as the price with 2600 down. They screwed me over making the sales price 13500 on the contract somehow not even including taxes or their dealer fee.. At the end of the day I still owed them 12800 on this vehicle... SUPER MISLEADING but I was in love with the car I FEEL THEY TOOK COMPLETE ADVANTAGE OF ME BEING A YOUNG FEMALE. Its now going on 4 months of payments and many non returned phone calls/voicemails later that I get a private number call on my phone. I asked them what my remaining balance was and Baycoast claims I owe them over 25k on it when its not even worth half that!!?! BEWARE OF THIS CAR DEALERSHIP!!!!!

If you need a car this the place to go they work with you and very reliable Ive been in 3 car accidents In 1 year and after every one they had a newer better car just for me 08 Altima 10 Altima And now 13 malibu (currently driving) you will be driving off the lot in no time in something nice and dependable its worth the buck they are very honest people and lets you know if something is wrong with the car from the start it was some work still needed to be done to the car when purchased but they gave me no hassle with fixing I just drove there and they took care of me
