Draft coffee is good when served by the Cerveceria employees. However the service for the Trade and Lore employees is terrible. Was waiting at the bar for over 10 minutes without service. Hopefully I can learn the secret handshake or headnod to get service next time.

The best coffee Ive ever had, prepared by coffee lovers like yourself. Dont insist on anything, just let them make you something they think youll like. Its a very causal, conversational affair. I highly recommend trying this place out.

The selection of coffees and knowledge of the baristas make this by far the best coffee place in Charlotte. there is also a great selection of craft beer and tea. The atmosphere is open and sunny and nicely appointed with local art.

Great coffee and service. The only thing I would say is that they have too much shared seating and should look into getting two and four seater tables to avoid awkward customer moments.

Great latte & laid back atmosphere. The loft has a unique appeal. Not sure if I would bring kids because of some of the music. But it is a bar as well.
