This place is okay as far as Starbucks goes. The drinks were fine and I have nothing to complain about them or the food. My biggest problem with this Starbucks is either that the tables fill very easily and you cant get a seat (many students come here to study) or that some of the staff is a bit unprofessional. I sat in the store for a bit and overheard many things an employee should not say around customers about the difficulty of serving so many people. It wasnt that he was trying to apologize, just complain that too many people were coming in. When I worked in coffee or fast food, we did times as much business/hour with fewer people and no one would have let us say such things around customers.

I ordered a double espresso with whip cream, I have one everyday but not usually from this location, I was a few miles away when I took the lid off & it was ice cold, I dislike cold coffee, just because it was a beautiful sunny day here in Ohio doesnt justify making me a iced espresso. I hate to complain, I love Starbucks especially since my niece has worked at another location for over 6 yrs, but dont ever just assume espresso should be served cold...ask first please

Close your eyes and picture the happiest youve ever been. Whether its a happy memory of one of your favorite vacations or maybe someone did something so nice that it impacted your life in a way youll never forget. You know that happy feeling in your soul you get when you think about those things? Thats exactly how I feel every time I come to this starbucks and Kreig makes my Venti iced coffee with caramel and cream. This place is a 10/10 would recommend.

Never really had any issues till today when i ordered a specific vente dark roast with two extra shots and a grande peppermint mocha but instead I received a blonde roast with one shot and a pikes place with vanilla. Upon returning in to get order fixed was given a Baniel latte instead of peppermint mocha and given the same exact coffee. Because I went through drive thru did not know that drinks were not corrected upon going down the road.

Its a Starbucks. Interior is small, not a ton of seats. Service is fine. There are some great people working here. In a rather tiny strip plaza, so the parking situation can be not good, but hey... Thats why God invented the drive thru.

Great place to go to but unfortunately there is some gang activity. Local kids from Warren JFK have a gang there and they try to penetrate others upon comin inside. Not my cup of tea I would say

We got our order quickly and it was correct. Not too different from any other Starbucks I have been too, except that I think this particular one had slightly faster service. No complaints.
