I bought my first candle last week....Very disappointed. I brought it home and lit it....it went out. I lit it again and melted some wax from around the wick, it still went out again. I then took it back to the shop in Winchester, TN and exchanged it for another one. The cashier there told me to trim the wick. She trimmed the wick and we lit it there. When I get home, I cannot wait to get it lit and let it work lol. I am disappointed again. This one will stay lit as long as the wax is poured out as it burns. SO, I feel like I got "burned" on this candle. If it continues to burn, I will have a hole about the size of a quarter when and if it gets to the bottom. $8 bucks, thrown away. I see all the positive posts about these candles.....Hoping this company makes it right in some way. I want to purchase "Made in the USA" but, times like this........It just really disappoints. TO Tobacco Outlet Products, LLC 6401 Carmel Rd, Suite 28226........make a better, more reliable candle.

Absolutely the best smelling candles and sprays that I have ever used. This product is sold in smoke shops like the one I own in Orlando, Smokers Station, and also in Veterinarian offices as odor eliminators. They work, and they work really well. Recently Uber drivers have been coming into my store to buy the sprays, I am selling out of sprays quickly and have to order more. I saw this review, so I had to give my input. For the lady below who said just go buy a regular candle? She has no idea what she is talking about, these are not your regular candles, these things work great! I have to order these things constantly because they are better than a regular candle or spray. Todd Lorenze Owner of Smokers Station Orlando, Florida Nikki Kay, your negative comments are worthless here, if more people wrote a review you would be the only negative one. Most likely because you are selling a different candle.

I bought sprays and candles without any comments from friends about smoke odor in my home. I travel a lot with my job so thought would try at a hotel. Stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in LIttle Rock AR on July 28 2016. I burned a Havana Nights candle for 10 hours plus sprayed the Hippie Love Hippie Spray after each cigarette. After returning home the night of the 29th I noticed a $500 charge on my account. When called hotel was told it was for smoking in the room. I hope the bank will reverse this charge since not authorized. Guess will not be buying anymore of the products. Wonder if my friends were just being nice about odor in my home? Guess will try the more expensive ones or become inconvenienced to step outside. Maybe an ecig or vaporizer would be better also.

I love these candles, but Ive bought six of the patchouli fragrance and none of them would burn. Although the jar of the candle says theres a money-back guarantee, the smoke shop from which I purchased them would not honor it. Sixty bucks up in smoke, so to speak. All the others work great, however.
