I walked by this new tobacco shop while on a Starbucks break. Upon entering, you are greeted by a clean and inviting atmosphere with some of the most beautiful glass pieces I have ever seen. They have a wide variety of smoking apparatuses, attachment accessories, glass piece cleaners and even fumari and starbuzz (for you hookah smokers). I have been to many smoke shops but I have to say this place is the exception. The guys here know their products. The staff are great! They know the ins and outs of all their products and are very knowledgeable. Not only that, but they spend time with you assuring that you get exactly what you want for the best price! They also know how to educate people on what e-cigs work best with what components and e-liquid and I am impressed with their customer service. Suhail presented me a beautiful curved glass water pipe and it looks amazing. I had to buy it right away. Suhail and Vency raised the bar for other smoke shops at the same time as ensuring I never go to another one again (for my needs will never be met quite this well again). So obviously, customer service is an A++. Merchandise was absolutely amazing. You literally cannot count the amount of glass on the walls, behind the counter, everywhere! If you love options, this place is like a candy shop for little kids. Definitely recommending this shop to family and friends! Even if its to stop and look, it will be hard not to buy anything, especially with Suhail and Vency guiding you with their expertise! Thank you again guys!!! Besides the beautiful pieces they carried and the great service they offered, their prices are hands down the lowest Ive seen from other smoke shops I have visited. Vapor smoke shop, you have gained another faithful customer. I highly recommend everyone to visit this establishment and see for yourself what everyone is raving about. Great products, great people, and great prices; thats Vapor smoke shop.

OK Ive been coming here for almost a year and its hands down my favorite vape shop and Im about to tell you why. 1. Lisa and the rest of the staff is amazing. Its homely and welcoming and I come in for conversation more often than for juice sometimes. There was some turnover while Im making this and a few new employees, but Caroline is just as awesome as the ones who left! 2. Suhail and Vincy are the owner and are just cool and fun as hell. They will help you find whatever you are looking for when either of them are in. Souhail is just a studmuffin and Vincy is just as bad. Just dont let them sell you everything and their mothers and youll be set! 3. Their juice selection is awesome, and if they dont have it theres a fair chance they can order it in for you. The Coil Honey, Naked, and Karma are hands down my favorite juice brands they carry, give them a try when you come in! 4. The regulars who come in are just as awesome as the staff! For the conversationalist I am it is a haven of just cool people, and you dont know who you might meet. 5. Theres little else I can say except I truly do love this place, and I recommend it to anyone who vapes or is looking to quit smoking. GO TO VAPOR, WHOOOOOOOOOO! Youll see me sitting by the table they have either doing nothing or talking to regulars or staff! I hope to see some new faces!

This was my first time in this vape shop. I kinda make it a point to visit all local vape shops and see how they all match up. Im not your normal vapor. Ive graduated from your basic vape products and moved on too DNA200 devices, authentic rdas, authentic tube mods and this store has everything I need! Everything from spoils of fused Clapton wire, beautiful rdas ( 24mm Tugboats, Petri DotMods, Goons, 40mm Masons, Temples, VCMTS, Tugboat tubes/parallel box, beautiful DNA200 devices, competition wire, great juice selection and hot women that work there) over all this store is a great shop for vapors like me. They also can help the beginners too. I like how they are not targeting just one kind of vaper! I know 1 particular store in Charlotte that only sells devices that do not reach 100w, refuse 3rd party juices and have horrible selections for vapers like me, kinda of a snob type vape shop, if you can even call it that. Anyway, SARAH was awesome! She is a fellow vapor and a dripper at that! I love that! I love seeing girls drip, vape and compete in cloud comps! A must stop for all vapers like me. Cant wait for them to get the mod father in!!! Keep up the great work girls!!!!

I recently went to Vapor smoke shop to get some Strabuzz Shisha. However ended up buying this new glass hookah called Heavy Hitter since the staff there explained to me how its all glass hookah and has a shower head down stem…making the hookah 10 x smoother. I also bought the new Haze shisha that they had and mixed it with the Starbuzz and they work amazing. Thanks to the staff there who explained how to use the hookah properly. They are very knowledgable in hookah and shisha department. they are very personal and i feel comfortable buying form that because they know what they are talking about. & my new heavy hitter hookah is working wonders. I will never go back to a metal hookah ever again. This hookah is less hassel and maintenance free. If you are looking to get a hookah then i would def. go check out Vapor smoke shop in Charlotte and purchase a heavy hitter hookah from them.

I had an accident with a limitless mod and goon rda this weekend that I had just purchased from Vapor Smoke Shop. Needless to say both mod and rda were ruined! The shop owner not only made sure to call me at almost midnight that night to make sure I was ok but the very next say he replaced everything with an entirely new set-up no questions asked! This is a very good hearted person and a true business man!!!!! The shop has one of the biggest selections of mods rdas tanks and juices that I have ever seen! But thats not why I am a loyal customer! Its the customer service that sets them apart. I live an hour away and I go there at least twice a week and I drive by 3 different shops on my way. That there should tell you something. I do like to give my business to other shops as well but this will definitely be my N°1 Shop! And thank you Lori for telling me about these guys! VAPE ON!

Always a pleasant visit. Staff has never been pushy, but seem to always be able to recommend the best product for you after asking a few questions about preferences. I went in today to get my favorite juice and hoping to get some pods for my Juul. The rep, Greg or Gary (hard to read his name), explained the limit of the Juul ecig and it made complete sense to me. Salt based Nicotine only available in a small amount of flavors and highly addictive since the lowest/only MG is 50... I vape 3 to 6 in my larger set ups. He introduced me to "the Juul killer" aka Von Erl My. He explained that there were almost limitless flavor options and a choice of how much Nicotine you want instead of being trapped into Juuls 50mg pods. I bought in completely. To sum it up: highly experienced and friendly staff. Ill continue to shop there. Thanks Greg/Gary...?
