My experience at LA vapors started well. Browsing the store I was asked if there was anything in particular I was looking for and I responded just a gift. After much pushing by a few of the salesmen I purchased a pipe of my liking. It turns out a group gift had already been purchased. Being hopeful I called up there and asked if this was possible. The pipe had not been smoked out of nor was it even unwrapped from the bubble sheet. I was denied and politely asked if I could get store credit. Denied again. I did not even get to speak to a manager on the phone and when I was browsing was not informed the merchandise could not be returned and/or used towards store credit when they knew it was a gift.. How the team treated me there was to say the least bit respectful. I and any of my acquaintances will NOT be going to that head shop again. I was very disappointed of how the situation was handled and the service given. I would highly recommend to keep another smoke shop in mind instead of la vapors when it comes to head shop necessities.

Nice premium juice selection. Big store with a lot to choose from compared to corporate owned vape stores that push the store brand juices they mix for you and everytime I give into it and end up throwing it out, its horrible tasting. I come for the juices that I like to buy from few different premium cos just wish their stock in 3mg was more available all the time. That can be a hassle to have to order from elsewhere after going in with a big list and leaving with nothing because of no 3 MG inventory. Prices are good but not when it comes to mods, tanks, coils, batteries etc... C/S is the most knowledgeable in Charlotte on everything vaping. For a local shop they are good for sure.

Very poor customer service. I wasnt sure where to purchase a drug test for my nephew and was referred to go to a "smoke shop". This location was closest to me. The store was completely empty so when I walked in, all 5 employees behind the counter just stared at me. I said, "Hi, can I buy a drug test here?" They literally just stared at me for 5 seconds and I thought the girls (with the bleached blonde hair) judgy eyes were going to pop out. Regardless of what I was there for, customer service was horrible.

I highly recommend this place if youre looking for great customer service an products they stand by. I recently had a great experience with something I bought an he made sure it was working right before I left the store. Makes me wanna return an purchase all my products from them since they stand by their stuff unlike Another place named kushies that didnt stand by their products. Thanks man for the AWESOME customer service I will be returning.

Very disappointing experience. I get the whole no return policy, but when the unit is not functioning as told it would after TWO days, I expect more than "well, just keep trying it and if you have more trouble come back". Yeah right. Ill never spend another dollar there. The good part is it forced me to look elsewhere. KURE is the deal folks. Much more of a selection and much more helpful and accommodating staff.

Ive been searching for the best vapor/smoke shop in Charlotte for the past few years and have decided this is the best. Amazing customer service and are willing to work with you unlike most smoke shops in the area. Best CBD you can find in Charlotte and great ejuice for great prices. I never do reviews for anything so that tells you how great your experience will be at LA Vapors. And Kumar is the man!

Very nice store with premium juice options. Even decided to get a set up while I was there and they helped me with everything. Store was clean with some moderate traffic, but I never felt like I wasnt getting the service I deserved. My experience was fantastic. This store is now my new primary store!

I go there for all my vape needs Ive had nothing but great service and advice now I another post someone said Kure they know nothing about valine la vapors fix the vape I bought from Kure cause they told me there was nothing wrong with it and their juices are so inconsistent
