Outstanding customer service! I walked into the store to pick up three specific books as gifts. I knew nothing about them other than the titles & authors. Upon walking in, an employee immediately noticed me looking in the new releases section. She stopped what she was doing to offer me help. She found all three books for me. I didnt even ask for help. I was approached. This is a prime example on how to make a happy customer!

Come here regularly. Staff are great. Selection on the most part is great. However, over the years the Language arts section particularly on writing has gone from three sections of shelving from floor to top of shelf to roughly three single shelves in one small section. As an aspiring writer it makes me either shop online or go across town to Barnes and Noble to find "How to" books. Always clean.

Not the best store to find fantasy/SciFi. 3 clerks and not one knew anything about the books I was interested in or could even recommend anything similar. They all were very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

The employees here are always helpful (bonus points for obviously being book lovers), there are always fun things to look at besides books, and if you want a book that isnt in stock, theyll order it for you.

Coffee section feels small and sometimes noisy. They have a nice selection of comic books and graphic novels as well as a nice section of role-playing material.
