Worst online ordering experience ever. Ordered a Final 4 Tee shirt on 3/26/17, paid for 2 day shipping. Received a confirmation e mail that night. Expected to have the shirt delivered on 3/28/17. Shirt did not show up so I called the bookstore as that is the only number I could find. They could not find the order online even with the order number. Told me they were transferring me to a manager. Only got a voice mailbox. Left a message. Never received a call back at the time of writing this review. Recalled the bookstore and was told the shirts just came in the day before(3/28/17). Also told due to the high order volume they were trying to ship the shirts out as fast as possible. So much for 2 day shipping, At this point I am 3 days past the order point and they could not tell me if my shirt was shipped or when it will be shipped. What a JOKE!!!!

Ridiculously overpriced. Always busy, always messing stuff up. They treat their employees like dirt. Do yourself a favor, order your books online, get an international edition, or buy from a student (there are facebook pages for that). Youll save yourself a TON of money and a major headache.

Starbucks coffee available here @ Barnes and Noble bookstore, which is always fresher than what is offered at the Thomas Copper Library. Most of the food items in the bookstore are a bit overpriced, but I guess that is to be expected on a university campus.

took forever to order a book. the customer service is horrible when something goes wrong they send to corporate so you can just spend all your time on the phone. dont waste your time or money!

The selection isnt great, and the stuff is overpriced. Save yourself some money, and get someone to drive you to the nearest B&N
