Cannot say enough good things about AutoZone and this location! I have been a loyal patron of Napa for my entire life until I moved to Cary and now this store is the closest to my location. While working on my car, I was having trouble finding the correct socket size for a large nut, it was an odd size because its a foreign car. I must have went back and forth to Auto Zone 5 or 6 times that day buying different sized sockets. After the second time returning to exchange the wrong size sockets, the manager just let me take a couple different ones without charging me so that I wouldnt have to keep exchanging and crediting my card back and forth. In this day of dishonesty, having someone offer something like that is pretty amazing and for that reason alone, I will continue to shop there for all of my auto part and tool needs!

Just bought a battery for my wifes mercedes benz. The young lady that initially brought out the battery was clueless on how to change a battery in a mb. She asked me where it was. When I pointed to the battery cover she said "I cant do that". Had she not gone back to get Zack I probably would have left. A word of praise for Zack. Very courteous and polite. Was able to remove the battery cover and old battery very quickly. Im a stickler for detail and Zack put everything back exactly as it was. Very nice. Ill be back.

I visited the location on High House rd. In Cary, NC today and I was so pleased with my experience. Jay D was extremely helpful and it was so refreshing to have such awesome customer service. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, Jay asked what I was looking for and how he could help. I needed a wiper blade, which he helped me find, and then offered to help me install. The entire trip was so painless and took less than 5 minutes. I will definitely be back! And special thanks to Jay!

5 Stars! Not for Auto Zone, but mainly for Brandon, its the employees that make the company. We walked in the door & Brandon greeted us promptly. I told him my issue, he immediately offered to look at the car; discovered it was just a blown bulb, told me the cost, changed it, checked it and we were on our way. This is the kind of service I expect, but sometimes dont receive. Kudos to Brandon @ Auto Zone. Lets be clear, I rarely give any establishment 5 stars.

This location has some of the best staff Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After my first visit, they earned a customer for life. They were not rude, hurried, or annoyed by any of the customers I saw while there. Not only that, but they allowed me to borrow their tools to make changing my battery easier. Overall it was the best experience Ive had at an auto shop. Keep it up, AutoZone.

At AutoZone you can always find a fair price for what youre looking for and if they dont have it in store they will definitely get it for you at another store without you having to travel there. AutoZone is one of those rare places that gives you the ultimate customer service where they put their customers first.

Over the past couple weeks, I have been in this store about 8 times (unfortunately) but thankfully every single time I have had amazing customer service from every employee who helped me. Which was pretty much all of them. The prices are good, they are honest and helpful. Couldnt ask for better.

Had a dead battery on our minivan after a door wasnt fully shut. Took it into AutoZone and determined that it was still under warranty. No fuss or hassle, they just replaced it. I went in anticipating having to pay for a replacement, so this was great news. Very professional, honest folks.

Staff is great here. Always willing to help. Very nice. People have to remember this isnt a repair shop. They can look parts up based on year make and model. They cant diagnose or fix your problems other than reading a code and telling you to take it to a mechanic.

I always have good experience with this Autozone location. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to go extra mile to help me out. Parts price is great compare to my mechanics. This is definitely THE go-to place if I need auto parts.
