I used to have a 5star rating love Dave the manager been with him thru out his career he always bent over backwards to help you when your filled with doubt angst so worried about your ride will never run right again go to Dave he will save the day I mean it I really only trust him . But now he is busy doing other stuff for the company an the other people St the counter well they get a 3 out of 5 just because they most of the time give you the wrong parts or dont have the experience like Dave Im not bashing everyone this isnt what I am doing but everyone I need that little bit of a confidence boost well they dont give it wether they dont know or dont want to I dont know but I really wish I could only deal with my long time friend Dave the others they may try to help but over the past year I have seen a decline in happy customer service at the rest of you all see it any one can pull up a part and send you out the door thats why I am writing this too many times these other counter people have sent me away wondering if I have the correct parts and information about what I have bought most of the time well it is you open it you bought it such a not good feeling when they just want to clear people from the store well I really hope those who have been difficult with me will take me heed and try to win back allot of my lost respect wit you all Dave your the man I know everyone has to learn but come on do more than just take up space and wait for you shift to end

We made a quick stop here to get fuel cap for my car as I accidentally forgot to put it back after refueling at a gas station. They did not have anybody to whom I could ask question as I struggled to locate the fuel cap in the store. Eventually, I joined the queue at the billing counter. The lady was good and got the fuel cap from one of the aisles behind the billing counters. Overall, quite a smooth experience.

Got what you want what can I say lol I needed a MAP sensor I had to drive to a different location being mindful not to stall due to a faulty existing MAP sensor but when I got there they were loyal to theyre warranty and gave me no problems

Ive been to many different part stores this one is by far the best one around never had any issues staff are friendly and knowledgable. Id rather use this autozone than others even if another is closer.
