This place is ridiculous. No body at this store can give you the right parts. This latest Fiasco, Sold me brake pads for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Put them on and they continuously squeal. Come to find out they are the wrong pads. Then Im told we dont carry them we will have to order them and have them shipped to the store but you have to pay for them first. So now I have paid for two different sets of brake pads and yet I dont have the right ones. I go to pick up the ones they had to order when they got in and those were no where never the correct pads and it was the store manager that ordered them. RIDICULOUS....... How can you get a job at a parts store and have no clue about parts. Guy refunded me and did even ask if I wanted to get the correct pads. For sure have lost my Business for good. I highly recommend not using this store or at least definitely check whatever they hand you. Its probably not the right part.

Very slow to help. They ignore customers waiting. Seem to get a attitude if you ask them to do a check engine for you. Then answer the phone while you are standing there waiting to buy a part from them. Go to another Advanced or a different auto parts store. Other customers said they gave them the wrong part.

Advance Auto Parts is good to get oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, car batteries, windshield wiper blades. But hard Parts no terrible Parts selection. And employees that really dont know what theyre doing but they only get paid eight or nine dollars an hour or so you cant expect much Automotive knowledge

Vacationing at a local campgroung in a motorhome and the starter went out. Try to reference an engine part in a motorhome...a guy named Richie did it. Friendly and helpful. Saved the day for us.

Some days you get a very rude manager who doesnt want to check the codes on your car and some days you get a very nice sales clerk who was willing to go out of his way to help you
