This is the craziest place, I have a rewards card in my name and have ID showing I am who the rewards card holder is, and the employees tell me I cant use my rewards because I dont actually have the rewards card in my possession.

Employee had no idea how to process a simple online order or how PayPal works. Management needs to better train employees. This makes the company look bad.
